  • How do I change my address, email address and telephone number?

    Just log in to your account on our website, hover over ‘My Account’ and click ‘Your personal details’, then make the changes you want.

    To protect your data, we do not pass your change of details on to Avios partners. If you’re collecting Avios e.g. with Accor or Marriott, please give them your new details directly.


  • How do I update my account if I've changed my name?

    Please send us your new details, including your Avios membership number, your address and one of the following as proof of your name change: marriage certificate, deed poll or decree absolute (scanned or photocopied documents are accepted).

    Please send them by email.

  • Can I change my security details or username?

    Just log in to your account on our website, hover over 'My Account' and click 'Your security details', then make the changes you want.


  • How do I change my online password?

    To help keep your account safe, we recommend updating your password regularly. To update your password, log in to your account and hover over the 'My Account' heading. From here, select the option that says 'Security details'. In this section, you'll see a space to enter your new password. You'll need to re-enter your existing password a little further down the page, before clicking on 'Save Changes'. Remember, your password is case sensitive.

  • I've forgotten my username / password, can you tell me it?

    If you’ve forgotten your username or password fill in your details using the links below and we’ll send you a reminder email.

  • What do I do if my date of birth is wrong?

    Please send us your details, including your Avios membership number, your address and one of the following as proof of your date of birth: birth certificate, passport.

    Please send them by email.
