An apology from Avios
We sent out two emails in error to Avios Travel Rewards Programme customers on 25 and 26 April 2017. These emails were intended only for customers in South Africa who had recently converted reward points from Absa and UCount into Avios.
We sent these emails accidentally, but we realise this may have caused you concern about your Avios Travel Rewards Programme account. We would like to assure you that we’ve not shared your data with Absa or UCount.
