Terms and conditions

New Customers

  1. Participants must be 18 years or over.
  2. To enter, Participants must qualify as a New Customer of the Promoter and complete a Qualifying Transaction
  3. For the purposes of these terms, “New Customer of the Promoter” shall mean any person who registers their (first) account with the Promotor during the Promotional Period. We will, acting in our sole discretion, verify whether you are a New Customer based on the information that you provide to us as part of the new account registration process, including but not limited to your email address, your billing address, your residential address.
  4. For the purpose of these Terms, a “Qualifying Transaction” means any completed and delivered Deliveroo order, with a minimum basket order value of £15 (not including any Deliveroo delivery charge, or other additional charges) (the “Minimum Spend Condition”), during the Promotional Period.
  5. Promotional Period: Offer will start from 00:00 01 (GMT) on June 1st 2017 until 23:59 (GMT) on May 31st 2018
  6. Offer: One Avios Voucher (containing 500 Avios (“Avios Voucher”)). Redemption of the Avios Voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions for redemption set out in these Terms.
  7. To qualify for the Offer, the New Customer shall enter the code ‘AVIOSUK’ into the “add a Promo Code” box at checkout on or via the Deliveroo app before completing a Qualifying Transaction (“Qualifying New Customers”).
  8. All Qualifying New Customers will receive an email from Deliveroo within thirty (30) days of becoming a Qualifying New Customer; this email shall contain the Avios Voucher and a hyperlink to the Avios website which will have instructions on how to redeem the Avios Voucher (the “Avios Voucher Email”).
  9. The Avios Voucher shall only be available for redemption [up to 23:59 on 1 August 2018].
  10. There is no cash or other alternative to the Offer, in whole or in part. The Offer is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate or cancel the Offer if it is transferred. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly permitted by the Promoter.
  11. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, including but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Offer or during the course of accepting or using the Offer. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. It is your responsibility to check your inbox for emails from Deliveroo – we shall not be liable if you do not see receive your email or it goes into your junk email account.
  12. All personal details will be held in accordance with the Deliveroo Privacy Policy at We will process the information about you in accordance with that policy. By taking part in the Offer, you consent to such processing including the sharing of your personal information with our suppliers assisting with the conduct of the Offer and the Offer activities.
  13. You have a right to access your personal information held by us or to request that we cease to use such information. Any request for this should be made in writing using the contact details at the end of these terms and a small fee will be charged for providing the requested information.
  14. All personal and other information relating to participants will be retained by us for a reasonable period after the Offer ends for auditing and legal reasons and to deal with any queries relating to the Offer.
  15. If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Offer at any time.
