What you need to know

  • Take your voucher to The London Eye pier ticket office
  • Entry is subject to availability
  • Customers are advised to visit on weekdays when the attraction is less crowded
  • Your voucher is only valid for the London Eye River Cruise
  • Once you have redeemed your vouchers for a ticket, the ticket is non-refundable and not for re-sale
  • Toilets are available onboard
  • The boat has covered and sundeck seating and is fully wheelchair accessible for disabled ticket holders

When can I go?

  • The London Eye River Cruise operates daily except on 25 December, and during it's annual maintenance period.
  • The London Eye River Cruises depart hourly from 11.45am - 16.45pm
  • 10.45am, 17.45pm and 18.45pm times are available 19 March - 02 October
  • The last Cruise on New Years Eve departs at 13.45pm
  • Cruise times can vary during holiday periods
  • London Eye River Cruise departure times are subject to change.
  • Please note: You are required to arrive at the pier 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Customers are advised to visit on weekdays when the attraction is less crowded.

There are occasions when the London Eye is unable to operate due to extreme adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If your experience is cancelled, you will be entitled to re-book your experience for another date/time, but no refund will be issued by the London Eye.
