How to collect Avios with Hotels.com

  1. If you haven't already you'll need to create an account with Hotels.com
  2. Find and book your hotel
  3. Enter your Avios membership number in the "Avios Membership Number" field on the booking form

Terms and Conditions

*Your Avios reward will be based on GBP prices – we'll work out the exchange rate if you pay in another currency. Avios credited is rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Membership number refers to the membership number allocated to a member in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Avios Loyalty Programme they have joined.

  • The membership ID of the intended beneficiary of the third party points must belong to the guest staying at the hotel (identified by the lead guest name)
  • The rates for Hotels.com bookings may be different from regular bookings at the same conditions
  • Any applicable cancellation policy will apply in full to the Hotels.com bookings
  • Points cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers
  • Avios will be credited to your account in 6-8 weeks after the hotel stay is complete
  • Eligible Participants must book accommodation through Hotels.com and be a member of an Avios Loyalty Programme at time of booking in order to receive Avios
  • In order to earn Avios for completed stays through Hotels.com members must complete their booking via Avios.com through to the Hotels.com booking page
  • On completion of the accommodation booking customers will be prompted to add their Avios Loyalty Programme membership number
  • If customers have any queries regarding missing Avios, please email MissingAvios@hotels.com
  • Customers can retrospectively collect Avios after making the booking by contacting Avios via their account and quote their membership number and Booking Reference.
  • The collection rate of Avios for Hotels.com bookings is a minimum of 4 Avios per £1 spend. The Avios award will be based on GBP – we'll will work out the exchange rate if you pay in another currency
  • All bookings are subject to Hotels.com terms and conditions. Cancelled reservations will not earn Avios
  • Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with Avios Terms and Conditions. For further details, please refer to the applicable Avios Loyalty Programme website
