How to collect Avios with Viator

  1. Visit Viator.com/avios and select the experience of your choice.
  2. On payment, add your Avios Travel Rewards Program membership number
  3. Your Avios will be automatically added to your account within 14 days of using your Viator voucher

Terms and conditions

Avios members who make a purchase through the above link to the co-branded website and add a valid Avios membership number during the booking process will collect 1 (one) Avios for every R3 (three) spent on new bookings.

*Viator will award 1 Avios per R3 spent on Viator experiences, however, as awards are applied centrally from the United Kingdom the awards are based on 7 Avios per £1 spent. If the booking is not paid in pounds sterling, then the currency will be changed to pounds sterling at the Viator exchange rate applicable on date of voucher use.

Avios may be collected on any booking with Viator, made through the joint Avios/Viator branded site. Bookings made via partner direct site or any other Viator partner site, are not eligible to collect Avios. Avios will be credited to the members account within 14 (fourteen) days of use of Viator voucher, the Avios membership holder must be the main named person on the booking in order to collect the Avios.

If the Avios are not credited after 14 days, please email avios@viator.com and note: 1) Your booking confirmation number from Viator, located in your confirmation email, and 2) your Avios membership number. Viators standard terms and conditions apply to all bookings. Viator do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.
