How to collect Avios with Fiesta Rewards

Book your stay

At any Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana or Fiesta Inn hotel.

Quote your Avios membership number

When you check in, tell the receptionist you’d like to collect Avios and give them your Avios membership number.

Already collecting Fiesta Rewards Points?

You can exchange your Fiesta Rewards points for Avios by calling the Fiesta call centre or by visiting the Fiesta Rewards website.
3,000 Fiesta Rewards Points = 1,000 Avios. You can exchange additional blocks of 1,000 Fiesta Rewards Points on the same transaction.

Terms and conditions

The minimum transfer is 3,000 Fiesta Rewards Points and additional blocks of 1,000 points can be transferred on the same transaction. There is no charge to transfer points.

Members must be registered to Avios prior to arriving at the hotel and must provide membership number at check-in to claim the 2,000 Avios points bonus: (restricted to a minimum stay of 2 nights).

To initiate a transfer, member must register their membership number for their Avios Travel Rewards Program by calling 01 800 696 2400 (Mexico), or 1 877 767 2327 (U.S.A.), or via email at atencionFR@posadas.com.
