To start collecting Avios in-store, you'll need to join the British Airways Club and sign in to Avios using your British Airways login details.

2: Sign into Avios using your BA login details

Once you're signed up, you can login to your British Airways Club account on the Avios website.

3: Add your credit or debit cards to your Avios account

Head to My registered cards and add your card details to your account.

You can link up to 10 credit or debit cards.

To add or remove a card, go to My Account on the Avios shopping website.

Select Add new card or use the delete icon to remove a card.

Participating retailers and their current offers may vary by and change over time. We recommend checking the Avios shopping website to see which offers are currently available.

Your card details will be kept secure in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) data standards.

After a qualifying in-store transaction, Avios usually appear as Pending within 10 days. It can then take up to 45 days for them to move from Pending to Approved.

To collect Avios, you must register the payment card up to 24 hours before purchase. You may not collect Avios if the same card is registered with another card-linked offer programme.

If you return an item and receive a refund, the Avios you collected will be deducted. If your Avios are not pending within 10 days, you can make a missing Avios claim.
