How to book with Avios Hotels:
- Click on the blue ‘Book now’ button
- Enter your requirements in the search bar
- Select your accommodation and room
- Pay with cash and collect 10 Avios per £1 spent.
- Or choose how many Avios you’d like to use - either pay in full with Avios or part Avios and part cash. You’ll still collect Avios on any cash portion of your payment.
- The amount of Avios you collect will be shown throughout the booking journey and at check out.
General Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible for this offer, customers must be a member of The British Airways Club before making the reservation.
- Customers must book their stay via avios.com or by calling 0344 493 0747 (UK line) or +44 (0) 207 949 3086 (international line).
- Customers can collect 10 Avios per £1/$1/€1 on qualifying stays solely paid for with cash. The final Avios award will be based on GBP/EUR/USD (£/$/€) value of the booking.
- Final Avios award is inclusive of taxes and fees paid upfront.
- Any additional costs paid at the property aren't eligible for Avios.
- A qualifying stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same Participating Property, i.e. from check-in to check-out irrespective of the length of stay.
- Reservations paid for with Avios, in part or in full, aren't eligible to collect Avios.
- Avios can only be applied once to the member who's logged in to make the booking.
- Reservations will need to be guaranteed by an advance payment.
- Cancellation fees on all reservations will be applicable in accordance with the property’s cancellation policy.
- Avios will be credited to the specific British Airways Club account within 31 days of the completed stay.
- This offer is non-transferable.
- For any missing Avios queries, please complete the missing Avios claim form stating Avios Hotels as the non-airline partner.
- Retrospective claims for Avios are not permitted.
