HelloFresh Avios Offer T&Cs

This Avios offer (the “Offer”) is jointly provided by:
a) Grocery Delivery E-Services UK Ltd (“HelloFresh”) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at 60 Worship Street, London, EC2A 2EZ; and
b) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB registered Company no. 02260073; and
c) British Airways PLC (“BA”) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom, UB7 0GB registered Company no. 01777777.
__2) Eligibility __
To be eligible for this Offer, customers must:
● be at least 18 years old;
● be a member of the British Airways Club; and
● Be a resident of the UK, Jersey or Guernsey (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
In order to verify your eligibility for the Offer, you may be required to provide proof of age and identity.
3) Account Linking
To be eligible to earn Avios under this Offer (an “Eligible Participant”), a user must:
● If they have already registered for a HelloFresh account, link their British Airways Club account to their existing HelloFresh account via the following [link]; or
● If they have not previously registered for a HelloFresh account, register for a new HelloFresh account then link their British Airways Club account via the following [link].
Only one HelloFresh account per household can be linked to a British Airways Club account.
4) Avios Earn Rate
Eligible Participants will earn 1 Avios per £1 spent paid for HelloFresh products and services, excluding (a) any discounts; (b) any amounts paid using gift cards, account credits or equivalent; and (c) any amounts refunded or credited for returned, cancelled or undelivered orders (the “Avios Earn Rate”).
__5) Bonus Avios __
In addition to the Avios Earn Rate above, New HelloFresh Customers (as defined below) shall receive 300 bonus Avios on their 1st, 5th and 10th box orders (“Bonus Avios”).
Additional Offer - A New HelloFresh Customer who sets up their account using the Avios Offer promotional link provided or by entering the Avios valid promotional code before ordering shall also receive the Additional Offer (as defined below). The Additional Offer comprises: (i) 55% off the first HelloFresh box, (ii) 20% off the next seven HelloFresh boxes, and (iii) one Gu dessert with each HelloFresh box ordered.
Discounts apply from account creation and exclude surcharge recipes, add-ons and delivery charges. If 8 HelloFresh boxes are not ordered within nine weeks of account creation, any unused discount will expire.
Customers may select 1 Gu dessert each week from 3 available options. Dessert options are subject to availability and may be changed at HelloFresh’s sole discretion. Dietary requirements cannot be accommodated. If HelloFresh cannot supply a dessert, the customer must contact HelloFresh Customer Care (via the methods listed on the HelloFresh website) to receive a Gu credit voucher.
Redemption of the Additional Offer automatically enrols the customer in a flexible, rolling weekly subscription. Orders may be cancelled until 23:59 five days before the scheduled delivery date.
The Additional Offer is open only to New HelloFresh Customers who are residents of the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands).
The Additional Offer is limited to one voucher per customer and per household. If a customer cancels their HelloFresh account, the Additional Offer will automatically expire.
HelloFresh may amend or withdraw the Additional Offer at its discretion without prior notice or liability.

__6) New HelloFresh Customers __
A ‘new HelloFresh Customer’ is defined as an Eligible Participant who:
● has never had a HelloFresh subscription; or
● has not made an order with HelloFresh for the last 52 weeks.
7) Avios Award
● Avios earned will appear in the customer’s British Airways Club account statement within 30 days of payment to HelloFresh. Avios can only be applied to a British Airways Club account once.
● Retrospective claims for Avios are not permitted.

8) Misuse and Withdrawal
9) AGL, BA and HelloFresh reserve the right to:
● terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Offer or withhold Avios if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful; and
● withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios earn rates and any applicable HelloFresh offers, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.
10) Additional Terms
Promotional materials may form part of these Terms and Conditions.

11) Data Privacy
By taking part in this Offer, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL, BA and HelloFresh (or their agents or subcontractors) for the sole purpose of administering this Offer.
12) Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, AGL, BA and HelloFresh (including its agents or distributors), shall not:
● be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant, accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Offer; and
● assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Offer.
AGL, BA and HelloFresh’s collective decision regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
