Collect Avios online with Compare the Market Broadband
Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.
A completed quote is not an eligible purchase and therefore is not eligible for rewards points, you will only be eligible for rewards points on a completed purchase of a broadband contract (“Product”).
You will only be eligible for rewards points if Compare the Market (the “Merchant”) is able to link your Product purchase to this website. This means you must:
- Log into your account on this site.
- Click from Compare the Market Broadband directly to the Merchant’s website ensuring you have selected the correct product category.
- Generate a brand new search for broadband deals and make your purchase immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser).
What will stop me earning rewards points?
Rewards points are eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
Editing or using a previously saved Product comparison from your account on the Merchant’s website will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for rewards points.
If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your rewards points to be declined or reduced. E.g., Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
If your Product purchase is not fully completed online.
If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer rewards points rates.
If you, or the broadband provider, cancel the broadband contract before rewards points are deposited in your account.
If you don't pay your monthly instalment in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your monthly payments are not kept up to date.
If you have any cookie blockers active in your browser that prevent the Product transaction to be tracked correctly.
Good to know
Rewards points will be confirmed after your contract has been active for at least 90 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.
You shall only be entitled to receive rewards points for the first two Products you take out through the Merchant’s website per year. This year will begin on the date you takeout the first Product following a comparison of the Product via the Merchant’s website.
This offer is only available to United Kingdom residents who have entered a valid broadband contract online following a comparison of broadband deals through the Merchant from this site.
This rewards points programme is being monitored. Members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
Rewards points are not issued by the Merchant. If you have any queries regarding rewards points or payments, please contact Customer Support on this site directly and not the merchant.
Rewards points rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time.
The Merchant reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of their website.
This Merchant calculates rewards points excluding VAT, delivery and any other applicable charges.
The Merchant reserves the right to withdraw or amend this rewards points offer at any time.

What to do when?
If your rewards points are not tracked, the Merchant allows up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim.
If your rewards points are rejected, the Merchant allows up to 6 months after the purchase date to submit a claim.
Rewards points are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
