You will only be eligible for Reward points if Compare the Market (the “Merchant”) is able to link your purchase to this website. This means you must:
- Log into your account;
- Click from this site directly to the Merchant’s website ensuring you have selected the correct product category; and
- Generate a brand new quote and make your purchase immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser).
What will stop me earning Reward points?
Reward points is eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
Editing or using a previously saved quote from your account on the Merchant’s website will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for Reward points.
If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your Reward points to be declined or reduced. E.g., Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
If your purchase is not fully completed online.
If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer Reward points rates.
If you, or the insurer, cancel the policy before Reward points is deposited in your account.
If you don't pay your Insurance Premium in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your monthly payments are not kept up to date.
If you have any cookie blockers active in your browser that prevent the transaction to be tracked correctly.
Good to know
Reward points will be confirmed after your policy has been active for at least 90 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.
This offer is only available to United Kingdom residents who have purchased a valid insurance policy through the Merchant’s website on this site.

What to do when?
If your Reward points is not tracked, the Merchant allows up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim.
If your Reward points is rejected, the Merchant allows up to 6 months after the purchase date to submit a claim.
