To collect Avios, make sure that you:
Check the retailer's terms, exclusions and eligible products
Accept cookies when reaching the retailer's site
Add items to your basket from scratch and complete your purchase in one session
Do not use gift vouchers, referral schemes or discount codes
Do not use ad-blockers
Do not use browser extensions from cashback, coupon or reward sites
Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.
