Collect Avios with Heathrow Express
Your Avios will be added to your account within 21 days of travel on Heathrow Express.
The name on the ticket must match your membership.
Avios will not be awarded for bookings cancelled in whole or in part.
Avios are not calculated to include fees associated with bookings, delivery or amendments.
To collect Avios, tickets must be purchased in advance and your membership number entered.
Avios can be collected on Heathrow Express tickets only when purchased via heathrowexpress.com/avios. Bookings made direct with Heathrow Express will not qualify.
Avios can be collected on full fare adult tickets only. Avios cannot be collected on discounted tickets, child fares, promotion codes, Advance Purchase tickets or package deals such as Duo Saver (Heathrow Rewards points only).
