Your Avios will be awarded 90 - 120 days after you have completed your stay.
Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.

Important: If you complete a purchase using an Apple device and have the IHG Hotels & Resorts app installed, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) must be enabled both on your device and within the IHG app. If App Tracking Transparency is not enabled on your device and within the IHG app, the transaction will not track successfully.
• If your booking does not track as expected, please raise a missing claim query once your booking (stay) has been completed. Only then can the claim be investigated.
• Enquiries on tracked bookings can only be investigated after your booking (stay) is complete.
• Customers will only be rewarded when their stay is completed at the booked hotel.
• Rewards are only available for IHG Hotels & Resorts room rates (any costs incurred outside of room for example dinner, parking or room service aren't eligible for rewards).
• Specialty negotiated rates such as IHG Friends & Family or discounted group or corporate bookings are not eligible for Rewards.
• Rooms booked and paid for by IHG Rewards Points are not eligible for rewards.
• Rewards are not available on any bookings for Six Senses properties, Mr & Mrs Smith properties and Kimpton properties in USA.
• Rewards are not available on the following properties: Holiday Inn Salisbury-Stonehenge, the following Holiday Inn Express locations: Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays, Annapolis East-Kent Island or Guelph, Staybridge Suites Chesapeake Virginia Beach & Crowne Plaza Danang.
• Rewards may be declined if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
• Rewards are not available for any bookings made with a gift card or the purchase of online gift cards
• Rewards are also not available if your purchase is not fully completed online
• Bookings will track with Rewards based on the booking value. The booking value is subject to change post checkout. Rewards will be confirmed on average 6 weeks after the stay is completed.
• Rewards are tracked for booking one room only. Please make separate bookings if you wish to book multiple rooms to ensure correct tracking. If your booking for multiple rooms tracks at one-room rate, you may submit a query after your stay is completed.
• IHG Hotels & Resorts calculates Rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
