A reward claim is subject to an individual examination by Mytheresa.
It will take about 6 weeks for the final confirmed amount of reward to be accredited on your account due to Mytheresa's 30 day return policy window.
The reward is calculated based on final net order amount excluding taxes, duties, shipping cost, returns, and vouchers.
Reward slight variations are based on exchange rate.
Purchases at Mytheresa should appear as pending within 48 hours. Please do not submit a "Missing Reward" claim within 48 hours after placing the order.
Claims for missing reward should be submitted directly to the reward partner. As it becomes a manual process, it can take several months until the validated reward shows on your interface.
In case of valid transaction inquiries submitted for reward claims, baseline CPA offer will be applied automatically.
Eligible for reward:
Orders placed via the Mytheresa.com official website/ Mytheresa app after clicking on the reward portal
Not eligible for reward:
Orders placed using gift cards, store credit or referral codes
Orders placed using promotional codes, discounts or offers not listed on the reward partner
Orders that are cancelled or fully returned
Orders placed by resellers, unauthorized concierge services, personal shoppers, intermediate agents and distributors
Adidas, Adidas Kids, New Balance, New Balance Kids, On, On Kids items won’t be eligible for reward
