
Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.
Purchases will be validated and paid 37-days after an order is placed by a customer. If in this 37-day period any order is cancelled by Pod Point (for e.g. technical reasons) or by a customer, or a refund is requested by a customer, Pod Point will not validate the order and no reward will be given.
Purchases must be completed onsite to be eligible for a reward. Purchases made with discounts are not eligible for a reward.
Only sales to customers without an existing Pod Point order will be validated.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
