Your Avios will be awarded 90 - 120 from the policy, contract, or subscription start date.
Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.

Stated reward is for a Business PAYM SIM Only Red Plans over £20+ per month, Fibre 1, Fibre 2, Fibre 100, Fibre 200, Fibre 500 or Fibre 900. All other plans will earn a lower reward including PAYM SIM Only Plans between £10.01 - £19.99 and Basic plans.
You will not receive a reward:
If you use Google Checkout to complete your purchase
If you have already have a registered account with Vodafone Business
If you purchase a 30 day rolling monthly contract
Rewards is only given on Business Premier or Business Value mobile plans, or Business SIM only plans, purchased online
If you are purchasing an extension
If the contract is cancelled
If the contract is not live for at least 6 months
If you choose to pay off the cost of your device early and upgrade to a new device.
If you cancel a contract and start a new one to gain additional rewards
If you purchase accessories bought in combination with mobile handsets
If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your rewards to be declined or reduced. e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
If you pay for your purchase using gift card
If your purchase is not fully completed online
If you complete your purchase over the telephone or in a Vodafone store
If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer retailer rates
