Collect Avios with TodayTix

Avios is a rewards currency you can collect when you travel or shop with participating partners.

You can use Avios towards things like flights, hotel stays and upgrades with your chosen Avios-participating loyalty programme (for example, a British Airways frequent flyer programme).

You can collect Avios by joining an Avios-participating loyalty programme (for example, the British Airways frequent flyer programme), and collecting Avios when you fly, stay, shop or book with Avios partners like TodayTix.

Your Avios are held in your loyalty account. When you’re ready to spend them, simply log in to your account and discover the rewards available with your loyalty airline programme.

The TodayTix and Avios partnership allows you to collect Avios on eligible TodayTix purchases, making your next night out even more rewarding.

It enables you to collect Avios on qualifying bookings when you see a show.

To collect Avios with TodayTix, you’ll need:

• A TodayTix account
• A valid membership number from an eligible Avios-participating programme, for example British Airways.

The TodayTix and Avios partnership currently applies to selected London shows booked in GBP via TodayTix.

Any additional eligible cities or programmes will be clearly listed on this page and in the offer terms.

To collect Avios with TodayTix, you'll need to:

1. Link your Avios and TodayTix accounts

• Sign in to TodayTix
• Go to Account settings → Avios
• Add your loyalty programme membership number and save

2. Book an eligible show

• Look for Avios messaging on the TodayTix Avios page or show listing
• Book as usual in the app or on TodayTix.com

3. See the show

• Once you’ve attended the performance, we’ll award Avios on the eligible part of your booking, in line with the offer terms.

You only need to link your membership once. As long as you’re logged in, any eligible future bookings will count automatically.

Your Avios earn rate depends on the current offer.

On the Avios page and at checkout, you’ll see:

• How many Avios you’ll collect (for example, a set number of Avios per £1 spent or per eligible ticket)
• Any limits, dates or exclusions that apply

We’ll calculate the Avios you earn based on your final eligible spend on that booking, using the earn rate shown.

During non-promotional times, there is a standard earn rate of x2 for first purchasers and x1 for repeats on qualifying purchases

Avios are credited after you’ve seen the show.

You’ll usually see them in your account within 1 day of the performance date (the exact timeframe will be confirmed in the offer terms on this page).

If your booking included multiple performances, Avios may be credited after each performance, or after the final one, depending on the offer.

You’ll collect Avios on the eligible ticket value of your booking, as defined in the offer terms.

Typically, you won’t collect Avios on:

• Booking fees or service fees
• Ticket Protection
• Donations, merchandise or add-ons
• Gift cards
• Any portion of your booking paid with vouchers, credits or gift cards (unless the offer says otherwise)

This Avios and TodayTix page will clearly explain what counts as eligible spend for each promotion.

Not every show or ticket type will be eligible.

You can collect Avios when:

• You book directly with TodayTix (app or website), and
• You see Avios messaging on the show, price type or promotion

Some tickets and products are usually excluded, such as:

• Rush and Lottery tickets
• Selected special offers or promotions
• Bookings made in other currencies or markets not listed on this page

Always check the TodayTix page on Avios and offer terms before you book to confirm eligibility.

Avios are based on your final eligible spend.

If you upgrade your seats or increase your booking value, you may collect additional Avios on the extra amount you pay.

If you downgrade, partially refund or cancel your booking, any Avios earned may be reduced or removed to reflect the lower value.

If your booking is fully refunded, you generally won’t keep any Avios from that booking.

If a performance is cancelled by the producer or venue, Avios treatment will follow the specific offer terms for that promotion.

First, double-check:

• The performance date has already passed
• Your membership number is correctly saved in your Account settings → Avios
• The show and ticket type were eligible for Avios

If it’s been longer than the stated timeframe in the offer terms and your Avios still haven’t arrived:

• Make a note of your TodayTix order number and loyalty programme membership number
• Contact TodayTix Support via the Help Centre, and we’ll look into it with you.

When you book an eligible show while logged into your TodayTix account:

You’ll still earn TodayTix Rewards (tickets towards your tier, and any TixCash or perks you qualify for).

And you’ll also collect Avios on eligible bookings, as long as your loyalty programme membership number is linked and the offer applies.

The two programmes work side by side, so your theatre nights can help you move closer to your next TodayTix Reward and your next getaway.

1. This Offer is jointly provided by (1) TodayTix Limited (“TodayTix”) a company whose registered office is at 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, United Kingdom; and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB.
2. To be eligible for the Offer as listed in clause 6, customers must be
   a. At least 18 years old;
   b. Hold an active TodayTix account; and
   c. A member of the British Airways Club (“BAC”) and accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. Please visit BAC Terms and Conditions for full details. (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”).
3. To earn Avios, Eligible Participants must link their British Airways Club account to their TodayTix account and select the British Airways Club as their Preferred Reward program.
4. To participate in this Offer, Eligible Participants must confirm and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the AGL (“Scheme”) Terms and Conditions. See Scheme Terms and Conditions for full details.
5. Only one TodayTix account and a linked British Airways Club account will be eligible to receive Avios per transaction. The account holder names for both the BAC and TodayTix accounts must match.
6. Customers who have either i) never completed a purchase with TodayTix, or ii) who have not completed a purchase with TodayTix in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of booking, will earn 2 Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend for shows booked and completed through the TodayTix mobile app or website within the UK, and 2 Avios per $1 of Qualifying Spend for shows booked and completed through the TodayTix mobile app or website within the US.
7. Customers who have completed a purchase with TodayTix in the 12 months immediately preceding the Offer go-live date 00:00 (GMT) 20 February 2026 will earn 1 Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend for shows booked and completed through the TodayTix mobile app or website within the UK, and 1 Avios per $1 of Qualifying Spend for shows booked and completed through the TodayTix mobile app or website within the US.
8. Qualifying Spend means the total amount paid for eligible ticket(s) in a transaction (excluding Access program tickets and gift cards), after applying any promotions, discounts, fees waivers, or other price reductions.If a transaction includes both eligible tickets and non-eligible items (e.g., Access program tickets), Avios will be awarded only on the portion of the purchase price attributable to the eligible tickets.
9. Validated Avios will be awarded within 72 hours of the completed show date.
10. Avios can only be credited to a single British Airways Club account linked to the Eligible Participant’s TodayTix account.
11. This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Avios related offer or TodayTix offer or promotion.
12. Retrospective claims for Avios are not permitted.

14. AGL accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
15. Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Offer if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
16. Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix reserve the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

19. By taking part in this Offer, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL and TodayTix or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Offer as set out in the TodayTix's Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy.
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways, AGL and/or TodayTix (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Offer whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.
21. Promotional materials may form part of these Terms and Conditions.
22. This Offer shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction. If the Eligible Participant is resident in the Republic of Ireland, then the courts of the Republic of Ireland also have jurisdiction.
23. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Offer shall be subject to correction without any liability on the British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix.
24. British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and TodayTix's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
