To collect Avios, you must have both a British Airways Club account and an Uber or Uber Eats account. If you do not have an account, you can easily sign up for free.
You can collect 1 Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend on eligible Uber Eats orders in the UK, Qualifying Spend on Uber Eats means the basket subtotal before promotions and/or discounts, excluding delivery fees, service fees, tips and any other additional charges. Grocery and retail orders are excluded.
For example, if your basket subtotal is £40, but a discount reduces the amount paid to £20, Avios will be awarded on the £40 subtotal, provided the minimum £25 Qualifying Spend threshold is met and no exclusions apply.
You must link your British Airways Club account and to your Uber or Uber Eats account by following the steps shown in the Uber or Uber Eats app.
Only one Uber or Uber Eats account can be linked to one British Airways Club account and the accounts must belong to the same person.
Accounts can be de-linked at any time, after which you will no longer be able to collect Avios on future eligible orders.
You will receive a success message in the Uber or Uber Eats app once your accounts have been linked.
Yes. Each individual British Airways Club member can link their British Airways Club account to their Uber or Uber Eats account. Only one British Airways Club account can be linked to one Uber or Uber Eats account, and the accounts must belong to the same person.

You can collect Avios on eligible Uber Eats food and beverage orders in the UK where the minimum Qualifying Spend of £25 per order is met.
Qualifying Spend means the basket subtotal before promotions and/or discounts, excluding delivery fees, service fees, tips and any other additional charges. Grocery and retail orders are excluded.
Your Avios will be awarded within 24 hours of completing your qualifying Uber Eats order.
You must have linked your Uber or Uber Eats account to your British Airways Club account before taking the placing the order.
Avios will not be awarded retrospectively for orders completed before your accounts were linked.
One reason may be that you are a British Airways Registered Customer rather than a British Airways Club member. If you are a registered customer, you will not have a British Airways Club account number, but you will have login credentials for ba.com. When you sign in on ba.com and go to the “my account” section, you will see an option to convert to a British Airways Club account which will enable you to start collecting Avios.
If you are missing Avios from an Uber Eats order, you may not have met the minimum Qualifying Spend of £25. The minimum spend excludes fees, taxes and other charges. If you met the minimum spend requirement, please allow 24 hours from completion of the order for Avios to be awarded.
If you are still missing Avios after 24 hours from completing the qualifying order, please contact Uber via the help section of the app, who will be able to investigate this.
Please contact Uber first, as Uber can check whether your accounts were linked, whether you completed a qualifying order, and whether the timing has passed. If the Avios are missing, Uber will raise a missing Avios request with British Airways and the Avios will usually be awarded within 14 days.
You may be able to link more than one Avios collection partner in the Uber or Uber Eats app, but you must choose one as your Preferred Earning Partner. You can only collect Avios with one loyalty partner at a time. Find out more here.

This Offer is jointly provided by (1) Uber B.V. (“Uber”), a company incorporated in Netherlands, whose registered office is at Burgerweeshuispad 301, 1076 HR Amsterdam, the Netherlands (registered at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 56317441); (2) Uber Portier B.V.(“Uber Eats”), a company incorporated in Netherlands, whose registered office is at Burgerweeshuispad 301, 1076 HR Amsterdam, the Netherlands (registered at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 65851307); and (3) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073), a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB.
To be eligible for this Offer, customers must:
a. be at least 18 years old;

To earn Avios, Eligible Participants must link their Uber and/or Uber Eats account to their British Airways Club account in the Uber and/or Uber Eats app and select The British Airways Club as their preferred reward programme.

Only one Uber and/or Uber Eats account and one linked BAC account will be eligible to receive Avios. The holder of the accounts must be the same person and the names must match.
Eligible Participants can earn Avios on each Eligible Use (defined below) at the following rates (the “Offer”):
For the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
- Two (2) Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend on Uber XL, Uber Exec, Uber Lux, Uber Comfort, Uber Exec XXL, Black Cab, and airport trips (including UberX);
- Two (2) Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend on Uber Travel Rail and Eurostar trips booked via the Uber platform;
- Three (3) Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend on Uber Reserve Trips;
- One Avios per £1 of Qualifying Spend on Uber Eats where the minimum Qualifying Spend of £25 is met.
- Where an Eligible Use qualifies for more than one Avios earn rate under this clause 7(a), the highest applicable earn rate will apply.
For the Republic of Ireland
- Two (2) Avios per €1 of Qualifying Spend on all Airport Trips, Taxi Max, Taxi XL and Uber Black trips;
- Three (3) Avios per €1 of Qualifying Spend on Taxi Reserve and Uber Black Reserve Trips;
- One (1) Avios per €1 of Qualifying Spend on Uber Eats where the minimum Qualifying Spend of €25 is met, subject to exclusions in clause 9.
- Where an Eligible Use qualifies for more than one Avios earn rate under this clause 7(a), the highest applicable earn rate will apply.
- “Eligible Use” means:
- a trip booked and completed via the Uber app in the UK (including Northern Ireland) or the Republic of Ireland; and
- a food and beverage order placed via Uber Eats in the UK (including Northern Ireland) or the Republic of Ireland, whether ordered through the Uber app or the Uber Eats app.
9. For the purpose of this Offer, “Qualifying Spend” means:
Uber Trips: the total price of a completed Uber trip before any promotions or discounts have been applied, excluding tips and any additional fees, such as cleaning fees.
Uber Eats Orders: the total subtotal of the order before any promotions and/or discounts have been applied, excluding delivery fees, services fees, tips and any other additional charges. For the avoidance of doubt, if a basket subtotal is €/£40, but a discount reduces the actual amount paid to €/£20, Avios will be awarded on the €/£40 subtotal, provided the minimum €/£25 minimum spend threshold is met and the below exclusions apply.
Grocery and retail orders are excluded;
For the Republic of Ireland, in accordance with local regulations, any Uber Eats order containing alcohol products is entirely ineligible for Avios accrual. Avios will not be awarded for any part of an order if an alcohol item is included in the basket.
- The Offer is valid on Eligible Uses completed within the UK and the Republic of Ireland. For Uber Travel Rail and Eurostar journeys, travel must include either a departure from or arrival in the UK.
11. Eligible Use includes Uber ride and mobility services and Uber Eats Orders available through the Uber platform, subject to availability by location and time.
12. Eligible Uses are subject to availability by location, time and vehicle supply. Not all Uber products, services or trip types are available in all locations or eligible for Avios under this Offer.
13.Uber Reserve is available in all cities in the Republic of Ireland and is available in selected locations within the UK and across certain Uber mobility categories, as follows:
- Greater London: UberX, UberXL, Uber Exec, Uber Lux
- Manchester: UberX, UberXL, Uber Exec
- South-West (incl Bristol and Bath): UberX, UberXL, Uber Exec
- Birmingham: UberX, UberXL, Uber Comfort, Uber Exec
- Leeds: UberX

Validated Avios will be awarded within 24 hours of the Eligible Use. Where a booking includes multiple Eligible Uses, Avios will be awarded within 24 hours of the final completed Eligible Use.
If a booking includes multiple Eligible Uses (trips or orders) and the customer cancels one or more of them, the entire booking becomes ineligible for the Offer, and no Avios will be awarded for any of the uses in that booking.
This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Avios-related offer or Uber and/or Uber Eats offer or promotion.
Avios have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please submit all claims for any missing Avios as soon as your booking is complete.

Avios Group (AGL) Limited, British Airways, Uber and/or Uber Eats reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Offer if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Avios Group (AGL) Limited, British Airways, Uber and/or Uber Eats reserve the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions, including Eligible Uses, Qualifying Spend rules and Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

By taking part in this Offer, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL, British Airways, Uber and/or Uber Eats, or their agents or subcontractors, for the sole purpose of administering this Offer as set out in AGL’s Privacy Policy, British Airways’ Privacy Policy and Uber and/or Uber Eats’ Privacy Notice.
AGL reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, British Airways, AGL, Uber and/or Uber Eats will not (and nor will their agents or distributors), in any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant, or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with participation in the Offer, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not they (or their affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.
Any advertisements, banners or other promotional content related to the Offer shall be read alongside these Terms.
This Offer shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; in that case, the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) shall also have jurisdiction. If the Eligible Participant is resident in the Republic of Ireland, the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall also have jurisdiction.
British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, Uber and/or Uber Eats do not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Offer.
British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, Uber and/or Uber Eats’ collective decision regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding and they will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
