How it works
1. Log in to Avios.com
Go to Avios.com and login using your British Airways Club account details.
2. Choose your voucher value
Select the value of your PizzaExpress digital voucher. You can choose any amount between £10 and £250, starting from 1,000 Avios. Please make sure you select the correct value, as the full balance will be deducted from the voucher upon redemption.
3. Receive your voucher code
Once created, your voucher will display a QR code on screen, and you'll receive it via email. You can manage and view the status of your vouchers anytime in manage vouchers
4. Use your voucher at PizzaExpress
Present your QR code when paying at PizzaExpress. Vouchers are single-use only, so make sure your bill matches or exceeds the voucher value—you cannot part-pay, and no change or refund will be given if your bill is less than the voucher.
5. Creating and spending your vouchers
*You can create up to 5 vouchers per day, up to the value of £250.
*Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after 6 months from the date of issue.
*There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be used in a single transaction.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged once created.
No change or refund can be given if the voucher value used exceeds the total bill amount.
The same code cannot be split across multiple transactions.
Your personal data may be shared between PizzaExpress, British Airways, and Avios Group for voucher processing, customer support and analytics. If your consent is given, it may also be used for marketing.

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the Double Value Voucher Promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.

The Promotion is offering Eligible Participants to exchange Avios for a PizzaExpress voucher via the Avios website and receive double the standard PizzaExpress voucher value (up to a maximum of £250 in value), between 10 August 2026 at 00:00 BST and close on 31 August 2026 at 23:59 BST (“Promotion Period”).

To verify eligibility for the Promotion, we reserve the right to require the Eligible Participant to provide us with proof of age and identity.

The minimum voucher value an Eligible Participant can receive during the Promotion is £10 (in exchange for one thousand (1000) Avios. The maximum voucher value available will be dependent on the Eligible Participant’s Avios balance. If their Avios balance is not high enough to meet the higher voucher values, the maximum voucher value available to them will be capped at the largest option available.

The Promotion may be claimed up to five (5) times and issue up to £250 in PizzaExpress voucher value per day per customer, until the Promotion Period ends, provided they meet the Avios balance conditions as outlined in clause 7.

PizzaExpress vouchers issued during the Promotion Period shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from their date of issue. Such vouchers may be redeemed during, or at any time following the end of the Promotion Period (with PizzaExpress vouchers issued outside or during the Promotion Period) provided they are used before the six (6) month validity period expires, and remain subject to the general PizzaExpress Avios Voucher Terms and Conditions. Outside of this Promotion Period, Eligible Participants will earn the normal earn rate for vouchers, with £5 vouchers available from one thousand (1000) Avios. Vouchers issued outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the promotional rate, and no retrospective Avios refund, voucher top-up or adjustment will be provided.

This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other AGL related offer or promotion.

AGL accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.

AGL reserves the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

AGL reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at its discretion at any time, or to modify its Terms without prior notice in the event of force majeure, war, strike, civil or military unrest, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of applicable laws or regulations, as well as any other similar event beyond its reasonable control.

Eligible Participants personal data will be processed where necessary by AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in PizzaExpress’ Privacy Policy, AGL's Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy . Data may also be shared with PizzaExpress for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.

AGL reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these Terms without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. AGL’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms.

Insofar as is permitted by law, neither AGL nor PizzaExpress (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoters (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Promotion materials form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail over the Promotion materials.

This Promotion shall be governed by governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.

Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in the administration of the Offer shall be subject to correction without any liability on AGL.

AGL's decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
Collecting Avios
1. Avios collection is eligible on spend in participating PizzaExpress restaurants only (including Pay at Table through the PizzaExpress Club app). See point 9 for non-participating restaurants. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.
2. Avios will not be awarded on purchases of PizzaExpress products in Supermarkets, or collection and delivery orders via the PizzaExpress website or PizzaExpress Club App.
3. Avios will only be awarded to customers who have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) when dining in at a participating PizzaExpress restaurant (in line with the specific offer Purchase Conditions which will be displayed on the Shopping in-store offers shopping page).
4. Only payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland are certain to be registered to track purchases. If the customer’s card was issued in any country other than the UK, US or Ireland, we cannot guarantee that the card will be registered, or transactions tracked.
5. Unless otherwise stated, Avios will not be awarded for purchases made online with qualifying In-Store Offer retailers.
6. It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Avios awarding with qualifying In-store retailers.
7. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the Website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.
8. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet, or Retailer store cards and cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.
9. Avios will not be awarded on spend at PizzaExpress Airport locations, Welcome Break Service Stations locations or PizzaExpress Brixton, Earl’s Court and Finsbury Park locations.
Data Sharing Agreement
10. By engaging in this proposition, customers acknowledge that their personal data will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and PizzaExpress.
11. This data sharing is necessary to facilitate the collection and transfer of Avios, issuance of PizzaExpress vouchers, customer support and analytical purposes. Data may also be shared for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.
