How to book with LeShuttle
1. Log in to your Club LeShuttle account or create one - you'll need an account to collect Avios with your booking.
2. Search for the date and time you want to travel and follow the steps on the LeShuttle website to complete your booking.
3. Add your British Airways Club number (which can be found in 'My Account' ) to the confirmation page. You'll receive your Avios 30 days after you complete your LeShuttle trip.

To collect Avios, you must book your travel with LeShuttle directly on the website or by telephone via the LeShuttle Contact Centre. Avios can be collected by customers in the UK or Europe – but you will need to be signed in to your Club LeShuttle account to participate. If you don’t already have a Club LeShuttle account you can create one here .
You must enter your British Airways Club membership number on the Confirmation Page once you have completed your booking with LeShuttle. Your British Airways Club membership number, date of birth and the name on your Club LeShuttle account must match those stored on your British Airways Club account.
You can collect 3 Avios per £1 spent on Day Trip & Overnight, Short Stay Saver, Standard and Standard Plus tickets. You can collect 6 Avios per £1 spent on Short Stay Flexiplus and Flexiplus tickets.
Avios are awarded once your journey has been completed with LeShuttle (not after the booking). Avios will then be awarded to your account within 30 days.
No minimum spend is required and there is no maximum number of Avios that can be collected in a single transaction.
If you haven’t entered your British Airways Club membership number and date of birth on the Booking Confirmation page, you will not receive Avios. If you successfully made a claim and have not been awarded your Avios within 30 days after completing your journey with LeShuttle, you will need to fill out the missing Avios form here stating LeShuttle as the Partner.
Terms & Conditions
1. Collecting Avios
1.1. Customers can collect Avios on qualifying LeShuttle purchases made on the LeShuttle website (www.leshuttle.com).
1.2. Customers must be at least 18 years old and a named traveller on the booking to collect Avios.
1.3 To qualify for Avios, customers must sign into their LeShuttle account and enter their British Airways Club membership number on the Booking Confirmation page after checkout or within 7 days of booking and before the day of travel via the "My Account" section on www.leshuttle.com.
1.4. Avios collecting terms:
· 3 Avios per £1 spent on Day Trip & Overnight, Short Stay Saver, Standard and Standard Plus tickets (including taxes).
· 6 Avios per £1 spent on a Short Stay Flexiplus and Flexiplus tickets (including taxes and the peak day charge fees).
· Avios earnt is variable and dependent on type of ticket purchased and the final value of the ticket travelled on. If you book to travel on a peak day but amend your booking to travel on a non-peak day, the Peak Day Charge will be refunded therefore Avios will be earned on the final value of the ticket travelled on. For more information on the Peak Day Charge please see our Ticket Terms and Conditions.
· For example, if a Standard fare is secured than the equivalent 3 Avios per £1 spent is applied.
· For payments in Euros the system will convert the cost of the booking to GBP and award Avios at the same rate as bookings made in GBP. The calculation will be based on the LeShuttle system conversion rate, with decimals rounded down to the nearest £1.
1.5. The following charges do not qualify for Avios collection:
· Pets.
· Group or multiple bookings made with our Customer Support Team.
· Insurance (Travel or Motor Breakdown cover).
· Any creation or amendment fees paid in relation to bookings made or amended via the Contact Centre & Website.
· Payments made using methods other than credit or debit cards.
· Any payments on the day of travel (e.g., tickets purchases on arrival including new tickets for missed departures, Flexiplus peak day supplements paid on the day (if you book to travel on a non-peak day and do not amend your booking before arrival if travelling on a peak day, Avios will not be earned on the value of the supplement).
· Payments made using Tesco vouchers including the balance of any ticket purchase made using a credit card / debit card.
· Payments made using Discount vouchers (although the balance of any ticket purchase made using a credit card / debit card will be eligible to earn Avios, subject to other Terms & Conditions associated with Avios bookings).
1.6. Avios collection is only available for British Airways Club (BAC) members. Members of other Avios programs are not eligible.
1.7. Avios can only be collected on purchases made directly at www.leshuttle.com or by telephone via the LeShuttle Contact Centre. Bookings made through third-party platforms, travel agencies or tour operators do not qualify. Staff, friends of staff and shareholder bookings are excluded from earning Avios. Avios cannot be earned when redeeming a prize ticket or any other ticket given free of charge.
1.8. To qualify for Avios, customers must sign into their LeShuttle account and enter their British Airways Club membership number on the Booking Confirmation page after checkout or within 7 days of booking and before the day of travel via the "My Account" section on www.leshuttle.com.
1.9. Avios will be awarded within 30 days of travel completion. If Avios are not credited within the 30 day timeframe, customers should fill out the missing Avios form here stating LeShuttle as the Partner.
1.10. If a customer cancels their booking, doesn’t travel, in the case of a return ticket doesn’t travel one of the booked legs or amends their ticket to a non-qualifying fare, they will not receive Avios.
1.11. Only one British Airways Club membership number can be associated with a booking for Avios collection. Avios cannot be split between multiple accounts.
1.12. Once credited Avios cannot be transferred to another member's account.
1.13. Retrospective or backdated claims for Avios related to this booking are not permitted. For the avoidance of doubt retrospective claims for Avios to be applied to bookings made with LeShuttle prior to introduction of this offer are not permitted. LeShuttle's ticket terms and conditions apply.
2. Redeeming Avios
2.1. Customers can redeem Avios in exchange for a LeShuttle voucher corresponding the monetary value of Avios exchanged, which can be applied toward a booking made on www.leshuttle.com or by telephone via the LeShuttle Contact Centre. Advance Booking Required – Your booking must be made at least 24 hours before departure.
2.2. Customers must be at least 18 years old and a British Airways Club member and a LeShuttle account holder.
2.3. Only one exchange from Avios to a LeShuttle voucher per day per member is permitted.
2.4. Maximum single voucher value for redemption with LeShuttle is £500.
2.5. Exchanges will take place on www.Avios.com, and the voucher code will be sent to the British Airways Club Member via email.
2.6. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or other partner voucher such as Tesco voucher.
2.7. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
2.8. Avios digital vouchers can be redeemed for:
· One-way or return crossings inc. Accessories (roof rack, roof box, bike rack, caravans, trailers).
· Any ticket type (excluding amendment or creation fees).
2.9. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed for:
· Pets.
· Group or multiple bookings made with our Customer Support Team.
· Insurance (Travel or Motor Breakdown cover).
· Staff members, friends of staff, and shareholders bookings
· On-the-day payments at check-in (e.g., new tickets for missed departures, peak day supplements on the day). · Amendments or upgrades to your booking.
2.10. Vouchers must be in the local currency of the booking. GBP vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made in EUR. EUR vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made in GBP.
2.11 Tesco vouchers cannot be used as part payment in the same booking as an Avios-LeShuttle voucher is used.
2.12. Customers must select the value of LeShuttle vouchers they wish to exchange their Avios for. Any amount that is not covered by the voucher must be paid using another payment method (excluding Tesco Vouchers).
2.13. Where the value of the voucher exceeds the booking value, you will not receive a voucher refund for any excess. Any remaining balance from the voucher cannot be used for a second or subsequent booking.
2.14. A maximum of 10 vouchers can be used in a single transaction.
2.15. Avios-LeShuttle vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable. If a booking is cancelled or modified after an Avios-LeShuttle voucher has been applied, the Avios-LeShuttle voucher will not be refunded or reissued under any circumstances.
2.16. For missing LeShuttle vouchers, customers should get in touch with the Avios contact centre here.
2.17 If IAGL suspect any suspicious activity they reserve the right to cancel the Le Shuttle Voucher, this may result in you having to pay the cash equivalent of the voucher or your trip being cancelled. IAG Loyalty (IAGL) may suspend the British Airways Club (BAC) account if they suspect suspicious activity, your BAC account may be locked, your points removed, and your account closed. If your BAC account is locked, you will need to contact British Airways customer services.
3. Data Sharing Agreement
3.1. By engaging in this proposition, customers acknowledge that their personal data will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and LeShuttle.
3.2. This data sharing is necessary to facilitate the collection and transfer of Avios, issuance of LeShuttle vouchers, customer support and analytical purposes. Data may also be shared for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.
3.3. For more details on the personal data we share with British Airways PLC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited as part of this promotional partnership, please refer to the LeShuttle Customer Privacy Notice.
1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the LeShuttle Avios June 2026 Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.
2. This Promotion is jointly provided by (1) The Channel Tunnel Group Limited, a company incorporated in England (company number 01811435) whose registered office is at UK Terminal, Ashford Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT18 8XX and France-Manche SA incorporated under French law whose registered office is located at 37-39 rue de la Bienfaisance Paris 75008 France, trading in partnership as “Eurotunnel” and operating its passenger vehicle rail shuttles under the trademark “LeShuttle”; and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB (Individually hereafter referred to as the “Promoter” and together the “Promoters”)
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must:
a. be at least 18 years old and the lead passenger named on the LeShuttle booking;
b. earn Avios through a qualifying LeShuttle booking (further information on ‘qualifying’ bookings can be found here - LeShuttle : LeShuttle Avios Terms & Conditions ) or redeem Avios for a LeShuttle voucher on Avios.com and make a booking with LeShuttle using the voucher, during the Promotional Period (each a “Qualifying Transaction);
c. travel using the Qualifying Transaction between 1st July 2026 and 30th November 2026 (“Travel Period”). Failure to travel using the Qualifying Transaction during the Travel Period will void your entry to the Promotion.
d. Comply with LeShuttle’s Ticket Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage ;
e. be a member of Club LeShuttle loyalty programme; and
f. be a member of the British Airways Club (“BAC”) and accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”).
4. The Promotion will open on 15 June 2026 at 00:01 BST and will close on 13 July 2026 at 23:59 BST (“Promotional Period”).
5. Eligible Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for each Qualifying Transaction completed in accordance with clause 3 during the Promotional Period. There is no limit on the number of entries per Eligible Participant, provided each entry relates to a separate Qualifying Transaction. No separate entry is required. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
6. Avios can be earned or redeemed in accordance with LeShuttle Terms and Conditions available at https://www.avios.com/en-GB/spend-avios/vouchers/leshuttle/partner .
7. By entering into the Promotion you are deemed to accept and to be bound by these Terms.
8. By entering the Promotion, participants will have the chance to win one of the following prizes:
a. One of twenty (20) prizes of 50,000 Avios each (the “Avios Prize”); or
b. One of twenty (20) prizes of LeShuttle round-trip vouchers from Folkestone to Calais (x10 Day Trip & Overnight, and x10 Standard) (the ‘LeShuttle Prize’) (each a “Prize”).
9. The following additional terms apply to the LeShuttle Prize:
a. The LeShuttle Prize is valid for a return car (excluding motorhomes, caravans, vans and any accessories such as trailers, bikes or roof box on the top or rear of the car) journey and up to 9 passengers. All travelling dates and times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance of travel. The LeShuttle Prize will be available to be booked for travel between 1 January 2027 until 30 June 2027 excluding travel on and between the following dates:

c. The winner is responsible for arranging their own car for LeShuttle travel. LeShuttle's standard terms and conditions of carriage apply. These are available at www.leshuttle.com/uk-en/legal-information/conditions-of-carriage
d. The LeShuttle Prize ticket does not include travel insurance, fuel, toll charges, food and drink, spending money, tax, pet travel or associated costs or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above, and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the LeShuttle Prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
e. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they (and any people travelling with them) are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents. Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and has appropriate travel insurance and car insurance (including motor breakdown cover) for the trip in question on the travel dates specified.
f. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, LeShuttle reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.
g. LeShuttle does not accept any responsibility if you are not able or are not eligible to take up the prize or do not comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the LeShuttle Prize.
10. The winners will be chosen by IAGL at random by a computer process in December 2026, after the applicable Travel Period ends.
11. The winners will be notified by email (using the contact details associated with your BAC account).
12. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize and their British Airways Club membership details in writing within seven (7) days (“Claim Period”) by utilising the medium by which they were contacted. If any winner does not claim the Prize and confirm their details within the Claim Period, or the prize is declined by any winner, AGL reserves the right to choose another winner.
13. The Avios Prize will be awarded to the 20 winners’ BAC accounts automatically within 30 days after of winner notification.
14. The Prizes are as stated. Each Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Each Prize, once provided to the winners, is the responsibility of the winners and if lost or damaged or if the winners fail to use their Prizes in time, will not be replaced by the Promoter.
15. AGL accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
16. AGL and LeShuttle reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms, including Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.
17. AGL and LeShuttle reserve the right to disqualify or terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
18. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to the Avios Terms and Conditions. Avios have no monetary value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be refunded nor exchanged. 19. By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL and LeShuttle or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the LeShuttle’s Privacy Policy , AGL’s Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy .
20. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Promoters’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms.
21. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways, AGL and/or LeShuttle (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter (or affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. The Eligible Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
22. Promotional materials may form part of these Terms. These Terms will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
23. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.
24. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion shall be subject to correction without any liability on the British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and LeShuttle.
25. British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and LeShuttle's collective decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
26. The Promotion excludes employees and agents of British Airways, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, LeShuttle or any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
