*Membership number refers to the membership number allocated to a member in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Avios Loyalty Programme they have joined.
*Eligible customers must book a hotel through Trip.com and be a member of an Avios loyalty programme in order to collect Avios.
*On completion of the hotel booking through Trip.com, customers must enter their Avios membership number.
*The collection rate of Avios for bookings is 2 Avios for every 1 Euro spent, excluding taxes and fees. Payments made in any other currency will be converted into Euro on a rate solely determined by Trip.com. Avios will then be awarded based on this calculated Euro value.
*Avios collected will be credited to the customer’s account 5 weeks after completing their hotel stay.
*If customers have any queries regarding missing Avios, they should contact en_support@trip.com.
*All bookings are subject to terms and conditions. Only completed hotel bookings will be eligible to collect Avios. Cancellations, no-shows, and chargebacks will not collect Avios.
*Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with the Avios Terms and Conditions. For further details, please refer to the applicable Avios loyalty programme website.
