Collecting Avios

1. Avios collection is eligible on spend in participating PizzaExpress restaurants only (including Pay at Table through the PizzaExpress Club app). See point 9 for non-participating restaurants. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.

2. Avios will not be awarded on purchases of PizzaExpress products in Supermarkets, or collection and delivery orders via the PizzaExpress website or PizzaExpress Club App.

3. Avios will only be awarded to customers who have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) when dining in at a participating PizzaExpress restaurant (in line with the specific offer Purchase Conditions which will be displayed on the Shopping in-store offers shopping page).

4. Only payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland are certain to be registered to track purchases. If the customer’s card was issued in any country other than the UK, US or Ireland, we cannot guarantee that the card will be registered, or transactions tracked.

5. Unless otherwise stated, Avios will not be awarded for purchases made online with qualifying In-Store Offer retailers.

6. It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Avios awarding with qualifying In-store retailers.

7. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the Website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.

8. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet, or Retailer store cards and cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.

9. Avios will not be awarded on spend at PizzaExpress Airport locations, Welcome Break Service Stations locations or PizzaExpress Brixton, Earl’s Court and Finsbury Park locations.

Redeeming Avios

10. Customers can redeem Avios for a PizzaExpress voucher of equivalent monetary value, which can be used as full or partial payment towards the bill when dining in a participating restaurant.

11. Your voucher will apply to the entire bill.

12. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.

13. Customers must select the value of PizzaExpress vouchers they wish to exchange their Avios for. Any amount that is not covered by the voucher must be paid using another payment method.

14. Customer must be at least 18 years old and a British Airways Club member.

15. Maximum single voucher value for redemption with PizzaExpress is £250.

16. The maximum number of vouchers that can be created in a day is 5 (totalling no more than £250).

17. Exchanges will take place on www.avios.com, and the voucher code will be sent to the British Airways Club Member via email. Visit the ‘Managed Vouchers’ section of www.avios.com to find issued vouchers.

18. The minimum voucher value is £5 and the maximum voucher value is £250. Vouchers are available in increments of £5, £10, £15, £20, £25, £30, £35, £40, £45, £50, £60, £70, £80, £90, £100, £125, £150, £175, £200, £225 and £250.

19. Avios vouchers may be redeemed in conjunction with PizzaExpress promotional offers and vouchers, PizzaExpress Club Offers, Rewards or Set Menus, unless stated otherwise by Avios or PizzaExpress.

a. Avios vouchers cannot be used with any PizzaExpress partner offers. This includes, but is not limited to, offers provided by Tesco Clubcard, Vitality, UNiDAYS, Student Beans, Blue Light Card, Tastecard, Gourmet Society, Meerkat Meals and any other third-party offer that PizzaExpress might introduce.

b. All PizzaExpress offers are subject to their own Terms and Conditions, which must be satisfied before Avios vouchers can be applied. PizzaExpress Club members should note that: (1) Rewards are subject to a £15 minimum spend after all discounts have been applied; and (2) Earning a pizza stamp is subject to a £10 minimum spend after all discounts have been applied.

20. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

21. Avios vouchers can be used in conjunction with other Avios - PizzaExpress vouchers.

22. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed for e-gifts/gift cards, merchandise, payments towards pizza making parties.

23. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed at PizzaExpress airport locations, PizzaExpress Live music venues, Welcome Break service stations locations , PizzaExpress Brixton, Earl’s Court and Finsbury Park locations, when ordering at a PizzaExpress supermarket pod or when ordering online for delivery or collection via the PizzaExpress website and / or app and on walk-in collection orders.

24. Vouchers must be paid in GBP.

25. Where the value of the voucher exceeds the booking value, you will not receive a voucher refund for any excess. Please only exchange enough vouchers for your visit. If you are planning to visit more than once, please place separate orders. There is no change given if your code value exceeds the total of your bill. The same code cannot be used across multiple transactions.

26. No maximum vouchers within a single transaction.

27. Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable. If a booking is cancelled or modified after an Avios-PizzaExpress voucher has been applied, the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher will not be refunded or reissued under any circumstances.

28. For missing PizzaExpress vouchers, customers should get in touch with the Avios contact centre here .

29. If IAGL suspect any suspicious activity they reserve the right to cancel the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher, this may result in you having to pay the cash equivalent of the voucher. IAG Loyalty (IAGL) may suspend the British Airways Club (BAC) account if they suspect suspicious activity, the BAC account may be locked, points removed, and account closed. If customer’s BAC account is locked, they will need to contact British Airways customer services.

Data Sharing Agreement

30. By engaging in this proposition, customers acknowledge that their personal data will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and PizzaExpress.

31. This data sharing is necessary to facilitate the collection and transfer of Avios, issuance of PizzaExpress vouchers, customer support and analytical purposes. Data may also be shared for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.

32. For more details on the personal data, we share with British Airways PLC and Avios Group (AGL) Limited as part of this promotional partnership, please refer to the PizzaExpress Customer Privacy Notice .

1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the PizzaExpress x Avios Double Value Voucher Promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.

2. This Promotion is jointly provided by:

a. PizzaExpress Limited (“PizzaExpress”) (company number 01404552), a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at Building 01 Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, United Kingdom, UB8 1DH; and

b. Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company number 02260073), a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom, UB7 0GB. (Individually hereafter referred to as the “Promoter” and together the “Promoters”) AGL is responsible for the exchange of Avios for PizzaExpress digital vouchers (each a “Voucher”), which takes place on www.avios.com (“Voucher Exchange” or “Voucher Exchanges”). PizzaExpress is responsible for accepting Voucher in its participating restaurants.

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must:

a. be aged 18 years or older;

b. be a United Kingdom resident;

c. be a member of The British Airways Club (“BAC”);

e. accept the AGL’s Terms and Conditions available at https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions ; and

f. accept the PizzaExpress Avios voucher Terms and Conditions available at https://www.avios.com/en-GB/spend-avios/vouchers/pizzaexpress (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”)

4. During the Promotional Period, an Eligible Participant who exchanged Avios for a Voucher on www.avios.com will receive double the standard Voucher value for the same number of Avios, up to a maximum Voucher value of £250. The Promotion runs from 02 November 2026 at 00:00 GMT and close on 15 November 2026 at 23:59 GMT (“Promotional Period”). By exchanging Avios for a Voucher, an Eligible Participant confirms that they meet the conditions in clause 3, including that they are aged 18 or over at the time of exchange.

5. In order to verify eligibility for the Promotion, the Promoters reserve the right to require an Eligible Participant to provide reasonable evidence that they have met the conditions in clause 3. If the required evidence is not provided, or the Promoters reasonably believe those conditions have not been met, we may: (a) cancel or refuse to honour the Voucher, where it has not been used; and (b) where appropriate, re-credit the Avios to the Eligible Participant’s account or take any other action permitted under AGL’s Terms and Conditions.

6. The minimum Voucher value during the Promotional Period is £10, in exchange for one thousand (1,000) Avios. The Voucher values available to an Eligible Participant depend on their available Avios balance. If their available Avios balance is not high enough to meet the higher Voucher values, the largest value their available balance covers is the highest they can select.

7. The Voucher values available during the Promotional Period, and the number of Avios required for each, are shown on www.avios.com at the time of exchange.

8. Voucher Exchanges will take place on www.avios.com. The Voucher code will be sent to the Eligible Participant via email and will also be available in their account on www.avios.com. The expiry date of the Voucher will be shown in that account.

9. Vouchers cannot be redeemed when:

a. ordering online for delivery or collection via the PizzaExpress website or app,

b. for walk-in collection orders,

c. or at locations excluded under the PizzaExpress Avios voucher Terms and Conditions .

10. Each Voucher is valid for single use only. A Voucher may be redeemed once and cannot be reused, reactivated, or applied to more than one transaction. Once redeemed, a Voucher will be treated as used in full and will have no further value, subject to the PizzaExpress Avios voucher Terms and Conditions .

11. In any one day during the Promotional Period, an Eligible Participant can exchange Avios for a maximum of five (5) Vouchers, or for Vouchers with a total value of £250, whichever limit is reached first, provided they meet the Avios balance conditions as outlined in clause 6.

12. Vouchers issued during the Promotional Period are valid for six (6) months from their date of issue, which is the date on which the Eligible Participant exchange their Avios. A Voucher may be used during, or at any time following the end of the Promotional Period, provided it is used before its expiry date and in-line with terms of clause 9. A Voucher that is not used by its expiry date cannot be used, extended or replaced, and the Avios exchanged for it will not be returned, in-line with the PizzaExpress Avios voucher Terms and Conditions .

13. Outside of this Promotional Period, Vouchers are exchanged at the standard rate, with a £5 Voucher available in exchange for one thousand (1,000) Avios. Vouchers issued outside of the Promotional Period will not be eligible for the promotional rate as stated in clause 4, and no retrospective Avios refund, Voucher top-up or adjustment will be provided.

14. If you have received your Voucher but it is not accepted or does not work at a participating PizzaExpress restaurant, please contact PizzaExpress via their help centre here .

15. Once a Voucher Exchange has been successfully submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or exchanged for cash.

16. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other AGL related offer or promotion.

17. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse, cancel, reverse or correct a Voucher Exchange, or to cancel a Voucher, where they reasonably believe that Avios have been exchanged or a Voucher has been issued in error, or where activity is unauthorised, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise in breach of these Terms, the BAC’s Terms and Conditions or AGL’s Terms and Conditions . Where a redemption is reversed only because the conditions in clause 3 were not met, the Avios exchanged for any unused Voucher will be returned.

18. The Promoters accept no responsibility for failures or delays in the administration of the Promotion due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their reasonable control. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms at any time. Eligible Participants will be given reasonable notice of any material change or withdrawal, unless the change is required by law or regulation or is needed to prevent fraud, abuse or a risk to the operation of the Promotion, in which case it may take effect immediately. Vouchers already issued keep their value and remain valid until the expiry date.20. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify or terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they reasonably believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

21. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to BAC’s Terms and Conditions available at https://www.britishairways.com/content/the-british-airways-club/about-the-club/terms-and-conditions .

23. By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion and comply with legal obligations as set out in PizzaExpress’ Privacy Policy , AGL's Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy . Data may also be shared with PizzaExpress for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.

24. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Promoters’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms.

25. Insofar as is permitted by law, none of the Promoters (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoters (or their affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

26. Materials associated with the Promotion form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail over the materials associated with the Promotion.

27. This Promotion shall be governed by governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.

28. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Promotion will be corrected as soon as reasonably practicable without any liability on the Promoters.
