Collect and Spend Avios with PizzaExpress

Collecting Avios

1. Avios collection is eligible on spend in participating PizzaExpress restaurants only (including Pay at Table through the PizzaExpress Club app). See point 9 for non-participating restaurants. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.

2. Avios will not be awarded on purchases of PizzaExpress products in Supermarkets, or collection and delivery orders via the PizzaExpress website or PizzaExpress Club App.

3. Avios will only be awarded to customers who have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) when dining in at a participating PizzaExpress restaurant (in line with the specific offer Purchase Conditions which will be displayed on the Shopping in-store offers shopping page).

4. Only payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland are certain to be registered to track purchases. If the customer’s card was issued in any country other than the UK, US or Ireland, we cannot guarantee that the card will be registered, or transactions tracked.

5. Unless otherwise stated, Avios will not be awarded for purchases made online with qualifying In-Store Offer retailers.

6. It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Avios awarding with qualifying In-store retailers.

7. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the Website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.

8. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet, or Retailer store cards and cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.

9. Avios will not be awarded on spend at PizzaExpress Airport locations, Welcome Break Service Stations locations or PizzaExpress Brixton, Earl’s Court and Finsbury Park locations.

Redeeming Avios

10. Customers can redeem Avios for a PizzaExpress voucher of equivalent monetary value, which can be used as full or partial payment towards the bill when dining in a participating restaurant.

11. Your voucher will apply to the entire bill.

12. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.

13. Customers must select the value of PizzaExpress vouchers they wish to exchange their Avios for. Any amount that is not covered by the voucher must be paid using another payment method.

14. Customer must be at least 18 years old and a British Airways Club member.

15. Maximum single voucher value for redemption with PizzaExpress is £250.

16. The maximum number of vouchers that can be created in a day is 5 (totalling no more than £250).

17. Exchanges will take place on www.avios.com, and the voucher code will be sent to the British Airways Club Member via email. Visit the ‘Managed Vouchers’ section of www.avios.com to find issued vouchers.

18. The minimum voucher value is £5 and the maximum voucher value is £250. Vouchers are available in increments of £5, £10, £15, £20, £25, £30, £35, £40, £45, £50, £60, £70, £80, £90, £100, £125, £150, £175, £200, £225 and £250.

19. Between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive), Avios vouchers may be redeemed in conjunction with PizzaExpress promotional offers and vouchers, PizzaExpress Club Offers, Rewards or Set Menus. From 1 September 2026, Avios vouchers may not be used with any PizzaExpress promotional offers and vouchers, or PizzaExpress Club Offers, Rewards or Set Menus,unless stated otherwise by Avios or PizzaExpress. a. Avios vouchers cannot be used with any PizzaExpress partner offers. This includes, but is not limited to, offers provided by Tesco Clubcard, Vitality, UNiDAYS, Student Beans, Blue Light Card, Tastecard, Gourmet Society, Meerkat Meals and any other third-party offer that PizzaExpress might introduce during the promotional period. b. All PizzaExpress offers are subject to their own Terms and Conditions, which must be satisfied before Avios vouchers can be applied. PizzaExpress Club members should note that: (1) Rewards are subject to a £15 minimum spend after all discounts have been applied; and (2) Earning a pizza stamp is subject to a £10 minimum spend after all discounts have been applied.

20. Vouchers issued prior to and after 1 June 2026 may be redeemed in accordance with the terms in clause 19, until 31 August 2026 (inclusive). Vouchers expiring after 31 August 2026 can only be used in accordance with the terms in clause 19 until 31 August 2026 (inclusive).

21. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

22. Avios vouchers can be used conjunction with other Avios - PizzaExpress vouchers.

23. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed for e-gifts/gift cards, merchandise, payments towards pizza making parties.

24. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed at PizzaExpress airport locations, PizzaExpress Live music venues, Welcome Break service stations locations , PizzaExpress Brixton, Earl’s Court and Finsbury Park locations, when ordering at a PizzaExpress supermarket pod or when ordering online for delivery or collection via the PizzaExpress website and / or app and on walk-in collection orders.

25. Vouchers must be paid in GBP.

26. Where the value of the voucher exceeds the booking value, you will not receive a voucher refund for any excess. Please only exchange enough vouchers for your visit. If you are planning to visit more than once, please place separate orders. There is no change given if your code value exceeds the total of your bill. The same code cannot be used across multiple transactions.

27. No maximum vouchers within a single transaction.

28. Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable. If a booking is cancelled or modified after an Avios-PizzaExpress voucher has been applied, the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher will not be refunded or reissued under any circumstances.

29. For missing PizzaExpress vouchers, customers should get in touch with the Avios contact centre here .

30. If IAGL suspect any suspicious activity they reserve the right to cancel the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher, this may result in you having to pay the cash equivalent of the voucher. IAG Loyalty (IAGL) may suspend the British Airways Club (BAC) account if they suspect suspicious activity, the BAC account may be locked, points removed, and account closed. If customer’s BAC account is locked, they will need to contact British Airways customer services.

Data Sharing Agreement

31. By engaging in this proposition, customers acknowledge that their personal data will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and PizzaExpress.

32. This data sharing is necessary to facilitate the collection and transfer of Avios, issuance of PizzaExpress vouchers, customer support and analytical purposes. Data may also be shared for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.

Double Voucher promotional T&Cs

1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the Double Value Voucher Promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing. 

2. This Promotion is jointly provided by PizzaExpress, a company incorporated in the England and Wales (company number 01404552) whose registered office is at Building 01 Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, United Kingdom, UB8 1DH; and Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company number 02260073), a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom, UB7 0GB.

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must:

   1. be at least 18 years old;

   2. be a United Kingdom resident;

   3. be a member of The British Airways Club (“BAC”);

4. The Promotion is offering Eligible Participants to exchange Avios for a PizzaExpress voucher via the Avios website and receive double the standard PizzaExpress voucher value (up to a maximum of £250 in value), between 10 August 2026 at 00:00 BST and close on 31 August 2026 at 23:59 BST (“Promotion Period”). 

5. To verify eligibility for the Promotion, we reserve the right to require the Eligible Participant to provide us with proof of age and identity.

7. The minimum voucher value an Eligible Participant can receive during the Promotion is £10 (in exchange for one thousand (1000) Avios. The maximum voucher value available will be dependent on the Eligible Participant’s Avios balance. If their Avios balance is not high enough to meet the higher voucher values, the maximum voucher value available to them will be capped at the largest option available. 

8. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed when ordering online for delivery or collection via the PizzaExpress website and / or app or for walk-in collection orders. For full details on exclusions, please see PizzaExpress’ full Terms and Conditions.

9. Each voucher is valid for single use only. A voucher may be redeemed once and cannot be reused, reactivated, or applied to more than one transaction. Once redeemed, a voucher will be treated as used in full and will have no further value, subject to the general PizzaExpress Terms and Conditions.

10. The Promotion may be claimed up to five (5) times and issue up to £250 in PizzaExpress voucher value per day per customer, until the Promotion Period ends, provided they meet the Avios balance conditions as outlined in clause 7. 

11. PizzaExpress vouchers issued during the Promotion Period shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from their date of issue. Such vouchers may be redeemed during, or at any time following the end of the Promotion Period (with PizzaExpress vouchers issued outside or during the Promotion Period) provided they are used before the six (6) month validity period expires, and remain subject to the general PizzaExpress Avios Voucher Terms and Conditions. Outside of this Promotion Period, Eligible Participants will earn the normal earn rate for vouchers, with £5 vouchers available from one thousand (1000) Avios. Vouchers issued outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the promotional rate, and no retrospective Avios refund, voucher top-up or adjustment will be provided.

12. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other AGL related offer or promotion.

13. AGL accepts no responsibility for any Avios not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.

14. AGL reserves the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

15. AGL reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at its discretion at any time, or to modify its Terms without prior notice in the event of force majeure, war, strike, civil or military unrest, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of applicable laws or regulations, as well as any other similar event beyond its reasonable control.

16. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to acceptance and compliance with Avios’s Terms and Conditions as stated on https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions .  

17. Eligible Participants personal data will be processed where necessary by AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in PizzaExpress’ Privacy Policy, AGL's Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy . Data may also be shared with PizzaExpress for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.

18. AGL reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these Terms without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.

19. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. AGL’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. 

20. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither AGL nor PizzaExpress (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoters (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected.

21. Promotion materials form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail over the Promotion materials.

22. The promoters (the “Promoters”) are 1) Avios Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 02260073) whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom, UB7 0GB; 2) PizzaExpress, a company incorporated in the England and Wales (company number 01404552) whose registered office is at Building 01 Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, United Kingdom, UB8 1DH.

23. This Promotion shall be governed by governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the Eligible Participant’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.

24. Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in the administration of the Offer shall be subject to correction without any liability on AGL.

25. AGL's decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
