What if I have an existing Avios booking?
Don’t worry, your booking is safe. If you want to cancel your booking you will be able to in line with our terms and conditions your taxes, fees, charges and Avios will be refunded. Please note, a cancellation fee, of £35 per person, is payable when a cancellation to a booking is made.
What if I have an existing booking made with Flybe?
If you have a query regarding an existing booking, made with Flybe, you must contact the airline directly. Contact Flybe.
Will I be able to make changes to or cancel an existing Avios booking now the partnership has ended?
You will only be able to cancel your booking. In line with our terms and conditions your taxes, fees, charges and Avios will be refunded.
If I have booked a flight that departs after the partnership with Flybe ends, will I still be able to collect the Avios on these flights?
If you joined Avios via Flybe you will not be able to collect Avios on flights booked or flown with Flybe or any other partner airline from 30th April 2019. If you want to continue to collect Avios with a wide range of airline and other partners you may wish to join British Airways Executive Club.
