From 15 December 2025, the price of Reward Flights will increase on all British Airways flights and airline partners.

Put simply, Reward Flights are seats on flights that can be booked using Avios as the main payment method – that’s pretty much it!

What do I need to know about Reward Flights?

There are guaranteed seats on all British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and many available on OneWorld partner flights – these are seats that can ONLY be booked with Avios as the main payment method.
Reward Flight seats are made available 355 days ahead of departure.
You can change or cancel your flight for just £35 per person.
Check-in baggage included on many flights.
When you book a Reward Flight the only cash you need to spend is on fees, taxes and carrier charges.
If you don’t have enough Avios, you can buy additional Avios or pay the difference in cash.
