What do I need to know about Reward Flights?

  • There are guaranteed seats on all British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and many available on OneWorld partner flights – these are seats that can ONLY be booked with Avios as the main payment method.

  • Reward Flight seats are made available 355 days ahead of departure.

  • You can change or cancel your flight for just £35 per person.

  • Check-in baggage included on many flights.

  • The only cash you need to spend is on fees, taxes and carrier charges.

  • If you don’t have enough Avios, you can buy additional Avios or pay the difference in cash.
