Collect and Spend Avios with PizzaExpress

1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the PizzaExpress Avios Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) within the United Kingdom (“UK”) for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.

2. This Promotion is jointly provided by (1) PizzaExpress Limited, a company registered in England (company number 01404552) whose registered office is at Building 01 Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, United Kingdom, UB8 1DH (“PizzaExpress”); and (2) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB

3. To be eligible for this offer, customers must be

   1. at least 18 years old;

   2. be a member of British Airways Club (“BAC”) and

   3. earn or redeem Avios with PizzaExpress during the Promotion Period

4. Excludes employees (and their families) of PizzaExpress and AGL or any of their group companies, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.

5. The Promotion will open on 27 JAN 2026 at 00:01 GMT and will close on 10 MAR 2026 at 23:59 GMT (“Promotional Period”)

6. Eligible Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion each time they earn or redeem Avios at an eligible PizzaExpress store during the Promotion Period. No separate entry is required. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries. 7. Avios can be earned or redeemed with PizzaExpress in accordance with PizzaExpress and Avios programme terms in force at the time of the transaction.

8. The winners will be chosen by random draft performed by a computer process at the end of the Promotional Period.

9. There will be a total of thirty-one (62) prizes available to win, totalling two million (2,000,000) Avios, allocated as follows:

   1. two (2) prizes of two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) Avios; and

   2. sixty (60) prizes of twenty-five thousand (25,000) Avios.

10. The prizes are as stated. Each Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Each Prize, once provided to the winners, is the responsibility of the winners and if lost or damaged or if the winner fails to use their Prizes in time, will not be replaced by the Promoter.

11. The Avios will be awarded to the 62 winners’ BAC Accounts within 30 days after of winner notification.

12. AGL and PizzaExpress are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this bonus mis-states or omits any of the information or the Terms connected with the Promotion.

13. AGL and PizzaExpress’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Avios Group (AGL) Limited, British Airways and PizzaExpress reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

15. AGL and PizzaExpress reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or terminate any Avios awarded to any individual it finds to be tampering with the award process or the operation of the partnership or the operation of the event, or to be acting in violation of these Terms or any promotion related to the event. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, PizzaExpress reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. PizzaExpress’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a participator, accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with any Eligible Participants participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter or its affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected. Any liability of the Promoter arising in connection with the Promotion shall be several, and the Promoter accepts no joint and several liability in connection with the Promotion.

18. Promotional materials form part of these Terms. These Terms will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.

19. This campaign is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

21. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to the Avios Terms and Conditions. Avios have no monetary value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be refunded nor exchanged. 22. Any personal information you supply will be used for the purpose of administering this Promotion by PizzaExpress in accordance with its Privacy Policy and by Avios Group (AGL) Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy .

Collecting Avios

1. Avios collection is eligible on spend in participating PizzaExpress restaurants only (including Pay at Table through the PizzaExpress Club app). See point 9 for non-participating restaurants. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.

2. Avios will not be awarded on purchases of PizzaExpress products in Supermarkets or collection and delivery orders via the PizzaExpress website or PizzaExpress Club App.

3. Avios will only be awarded to customers who have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) when dining in at a participating PizzaExpress restaurant (in line with the specific offer Purchase Conditions which will be displayed on the Shopping in-store offers page of www.avios.com).

4. Only payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland are certain to be registered to track purchases and therefore allow Avios awarding. If the customer’s card was issued in any country other than the UK, US or Ireland, we cannot guarantee that the card will be registered, or transactions tracked.

5. Unless otherwise stated, Avios will not be awarded for purchases made online with qualifying In-Store Offer retailers.

6. It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Avios awarding with qualifying Shopping in-store retailers.

7. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the Website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.

8. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet, or Retailer store cards and cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.

9. Avios will not be awarded on spend at PizzaExpress Airport locations and Welcome Break Service Stations locations.

Redeeming Avios

1. Customers can redeem Avios for a PizzaExpress voucher of equivalent monetary value, which can be used as full or partial payment towards the bill when dining in a participating restaurant. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.

2. Your voucher will apply to the entire bill.

3. Customers must select the value of PizzaExpress vouchers they wish to exchange their Avios for. Any amount that is not covered by the voucher must be paid using another payment method.

4. Customer must be at least 18 years old and a British Airways Club member.

5. Maximum single voucher value for redemption with PizzaExpress is £250.

6. The maximum number of vouchers that can be created in a day is 5 (totalling no more than £250).

7. Exchanges will take place on www.avios.com, and the voucher code will be sent to the British Airways Club Member via email. Visit the ‘Manage Vouchers’ section of www.avios.com to find issued vouchers and check status.

8. Vouchers are available in increments of £5, £10, £20, £30, £40, £50, £75, £100, £125, £150, £175, £200, £225 and £250

9. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other PizzaExpress partner or promotional offer, or PizzaExpress Club offers or rewards.

10. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

11. Avios vouchers can be used conjunction with other Avios PizzaExpress vouchers.

12. Avios vouchers cannot be redeemed for e-gifts/gift cards, merchandise, payments towards pizza making parties.

13. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed at PizzaExpress airport locations, PizzaExpress Live music venues (Soho Jazz Club, Holborn, Covent Garden, Chelsea Pheasantry), Welcome Break service station locations, when ordering at a PizzaExpress supermarket pod, when ordering online for delivery or collection via the PizzaExpress website and / or app and on walk-in collection orders, or in conjunction with any other PizzaExpress partner or PizzaExpress Club app offers.

14. Vouchers must be paid in GBP.

15. Where the value of the voucher exceeds the booking value, customers will not receive a voucher refund for any excess. Please only exchange enough vouchers for your visit. If you are planning to visit more than once, please place separate orders. There is no change given if your code value exceeds the total of your bill. The same code cannot be used across multiple transactions.

16. No maximum vouchers within a single transaction.

17. Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable. If a booking is cancelled or modified after an Avios-PizzaExpress voucher has been applied, the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher will not be refunded or reissued under any circumstances.

18. For missing PizzaExpress vouchers, customers should get in touch with the Avios contact centre here .

19. If IAGL suspect any suspicious activity they reserve the right to cancel the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher, this may result in you having to pay the cash equivalent of the voucher. IAG Loyalty (IAGL) may suspend the British Airways Club (BAC) account if they suspect suspicious activity, the BAC account may be locked, points removed, and account closed. If customer’s BAC account is locked, they will need to contact British Airways customer services.

Data Sharing Agreement

1. By engaging in this proposition, customers acknowledge that their personal data will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and PizzaExpress.

2. This data sharing is necessary to facilitate the collection and transfer of Avios, issuance of PizzaExpress vouchers, customer support and analytical purposes. Data may also be shared for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.
