Collect Avios when dining at Olympia

To take part you must be at least 18 and a member of The British Airways Club. You can join for free here.

You will earn 10 Avios per £1 spent on food and drink at a participating Incipio restaurant, including VAT and any service charge on your bill. There is no limit to the amount of Avios you can collect and there is no minimum or maximum spend.

Avios collection is eligible for purchases made in participating Incipio restaurants only, these are Bar Arriba, Arbour, Lillie's, or Wolves of Tokyo.

Avios will only be awarded to customers who have registered valid payment card(s) and made Qualifying Purchases with their registered payment card(s) when dining at a participating Incipio restaurant (please see Terms and Conditions below).

You must only use payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland. If your card was issued elsewhere, we cannot guarantee that the registration will be successful, or that your transactions will be tracked.

It takes up to twenty-four (24) hours for each payment card to be fully registered.

If your payment card was registered less than twenty-four (24) hours before the time of your purchase, you will not be awarded Avios for that purchase.

You will not be awarded Avios for purchases made using third-party wallet providers (including PayPal and Yoyo Wallet), retailer store cards, or cards that do not bear the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.

Log in at avios.com, select The British Airways Club and sign in with your BAC details, then link your payment card under “Account Settings”. Pay with that card when dining in at a participating Incipio restaurant and you will collect Avios automatically.

Your purchase will appear as “pending” within ten (10) days, and the Avios will be credited to your BAC account within forty-five (45) days.

If your Avios haven’t appeared within twenty (20) days, complete the Claim Missing Avios form stating Incipio as the non-airline partner. If it’s showing as “pending”, allow up to forty-five (45) days for the Avios to be credited. Claims must be made within ninety (90) days of your purchase.

1. The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the Incipio x Avios Partnership (the “Offer”), unless otherwise specified in the promotional marketing.
2. This offer is jointly provided by (1) Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073), a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB; and (2) Incipio Group Limited (“Incipio”) (company registered number 08814874), a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at 4 O'Meara Street, London, England, SE1 1TE.
3. To be eligible for this Offer, customers must:
   1. be at least 18 years old;

   3. accept Incipio’s Terms and Conditions. and
   4. register a payment card at avios.com (logged in via The British Airways Club)
      1. only payment cards issued in the UK, US or Ireland may be registered;
      2. cards issued elsewhere may not register successfully, and related transactions may not be tracked.
      3. please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for each payment card to be successfully registered to your account.

(collectively referred to as “Eligible Participants” or, in the singular, an “Eligible Participant”).

3. Eligible Participants can earn 10 Avios per £1 spent on each Qualifying Purchase.
4. Avios are earned on the total amount paid for a Qualifying Purchase, including VAT and any service charge applied to the bill.
5. Avios will only be awarded on Qualifying Purchases made with a registered payment card at participating Incipio restaurants.
6. If a payment card has previously been registered with another card-linked offer or service for a similar purpose, that card may not be eligible to collect Avios under this Offer.
7. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using a payment card registered at avios.com less than 24 hours before the time of purchase.
8. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using third-party wallet providers (including PayPal and Yoyo Wallet), retailer store cards, or cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.
9. The list of participating Incipio restaurants and the specific purchase conditions for this Offer are available on the Avios in-store offers page.
10. Qualifying purchase means a food and/or beverage order placed In-store at a participating Incipio restaurant. There is no minimum or maximum spend.
11. Your Qualifying Purchase will appear as “pending” within ten (10) days of the date of the purchase, and the Avios will be credited to your BAC account within forty-five (45) days.
12. If your transaction is not visible within twenty (20) days, please complete the Claim Missing Avios form stating Incipio as the non-airline partner.
13. Missing Avios claims must be made within ninety (90) days of your purchase date.
14. AGL and/or Incipio reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Offer if they believe such Eligible Participant is in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
15. AGL and/or Incipio reserve the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these Terms, including Qualifying Purchase rules and Avios earn rates, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.
16. Avios are issued by AGL and are subject to acceptance of and compliance with AGL’s Terms and Conditions. For full details, please visit https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions. Avios have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, save for redemptions expressly permitted under the AGL Terms and Conditions.
17. Eligible Participants personal data will be processed where necessary by AGL, British Airways Club and Incipio or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Offer as set out in the AGL’s Privacy Policy, The BAC’s Privacy Policy and Incipio’s Privacy Policy.
18. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Incipio’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither AGL, BAC and/or Incipio (or any of their agents, affiliated companies or distributors) shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant or accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Offer whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Incipio (or its affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. Promotional materials may form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail over the promotional materials.
21. This Offer shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the customer is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the customer’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.
22. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Offer shall be subject to correction without any liability on AGL, The BAC and Incipio.
23. AGL, The BAC and Incipio’s collective decision regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding, and we will not enter correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) about it.
