Collect Avios in-store with Lillie's Wine Bar & Restaurant
Lillie’s is a refined rooftop terrace inspired by the elegance of an English garden. Specialising in English sparkling wines and champagne, the menu offers curated British small plates made with exceptional artisan produce. 1. Am I eligible / who can take part?
To take part you must be at least 18 and a member of The British Airways Club. You can join for free here.
2. How many Avios will I be awarded?
You will earn 10 Avios per £1 spent on food and drink at a participating Incipio restaurant, including VAT and any service charge on your bill.
3. Which restaurants can I collect Avios in?
Avios collection is eligible for purchases made in participating Incipio restaurants only. Please visit the In-store offers page to see the list of participating restaurants.
4. Do I need to register my card?
Avios will only be awarded to customers who have registered valid payment card(s) and made Qualifying Purchases with their registered payment card(s) when dining at a participating Incipio restaurant (please see Terms and Conditions on the Offer’s landing page).
5. What kind of card do I register?
To track your purchases, you must only use payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland. If your card was issued elsewhere, we cannot guarantee that the registration will be successful, or that your transactions will be tracked.
6. How long will it take to register my card?
It takes up to twenty-four (24) hours for each payment card to be fully registered.
If your payment card was registered less than twenty-four (24) hours before the time of your purchase, you will not be awarded Avios for that purchase.
7. Can I use this Offer online?
No. This Offer applies to food and drink ordered in-store at participating Incipio restaurants only. Avios are not awarded online or delivery orders.
8. Can I get Avios if I pay using a wallet provider?
You will not be awarded Avios for purchases made using third-party wallet providers (including PayPal and Yoyo Wallet), retailer store cards, or cards that do not bear the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.
9. Which restaurants are included in this deal?

10. How much Avios can I collect in one purchase?
There is no limit. You collect 10 Avios per £1 spent when dining in at a participating Incipio restaurant. There is no minimum or maximum spend.
11. How do I link my card?
Log in at avios.com, select The British Airways Club and sign in with your BAC details, then link your payment card under “Account Settings”. Pay with that card when dining in at a participating Incipio restaurant and you will collect Avios automatically.
12. How long before I can see my Avios?
Your purchase will appear as “pending” within ten (10) days, and the Avios will be credited to your BAC account within forty-five (45) days.
13. My Avios didn’t appear. What do I do?
If your Avios haven’t appeared within twenty (20) days, complete the Claim Missing Avios form stating Incipio as the non-airline partner. If it’s showing as “pending”, allow up to forty-five (45) days for the Avios to be credited. Claims must be made within ninety (90) days of your purchase.
