Can I use my Companion Voucher on a standard cash booking?

Companion Vouchers can only be used on eligible Reward Flight bookings made with Avios. They cannot be applied to standard cash bookings, cannot be used without Avios, cannot be added to an existing booking, and are subject to Reward Flight availability. Avios and cash payment combinations may be available depending on the flight selected.
