When will my Companion Voucher be credited to my account?

Once American Express confirms that you have met the qualifying spend threshold, your Companion Voucher will be automatically credited to your British Airways Club account. Vouchers typically appear within 10–15 working days. If your voucher has not appeared after 28 days, please contact American Express.
