Who can use my Companion Voucher and do I need to travel?

Companion Vouchers are issued in the name of the main British Airways American Express Card Account holder. The voucher holder must travel on any booking made using the voucher. Vouchers cannot be transferred, cannot be used by another person without the voucher holder travelling, and cannot be reassigned. If the voucher holder is removed from a booking, the fare will be recalculated for the remaining passengers and additional payment may be required.
