How long will it take for Avios to appear in my account?
The time taken for Avios to show in your balance can vary based on which partners you've collected with, and how you've collected. Here's a breakdown:
Online shopping: Online purchases can take up to 5 days to appear as pending, and awarded within 35 days. Speedy Awarding retailers will be awarded after 5 days.
In-store shopping: In-store purchases can take up to 10 days to appear as pending, and awarded within 45 days.
Buying Avios: One-off purchases will credit to your account shortly after purchase.
Flights: Avios for flights will be awarded and credited to your account 3 working days after the departure date of the booking.
Hotels and Travel: Hotel and travel bookings can take up to 5 days to appear as pending. Please allow 90-120 days after completing your stay for your Avios to be awarded.
Policies, Contracts and Subscriptions: For policies, contracts, and subscriptions please allow 90-120 days after the start date for your Avios to be awarded.
If your Avios hasn't been credited within the above times, please make a claim for missing Avios for this to be reviewed.
