I got an error message “We could not load your balance. Please try again”

This means we couldn’t retrieve your Avios balance, so the transfer could not be completed as transfers must stay within the available balance. If the issue continues for more than 24 hours, please contact your loyalty programme, who can report the problem. Please note that Avios transfers cannot be completed offline.
