What is two-factor authentication?

Some participating loyalty programmes require two-factor authentication before you link accounts. You may need to register a mobile number and save a recovery code.

You may be asked to complete 2FA or MFA when linking accounts, moving Avios or logging in, depending on the programme’s security settings.

If you do not receive a one-time code, request it again from the verification screen or use your secure recovery code if you have saved one. If the issue continues, contact the relevant programme’s customer support team.
