How can I redeem Avios at PizzaExpress?

You can exchange Avios for PizzaExpress digital vouchers and use them for full or part payment in participating restaurants. Present the QR code when paying to deduct the value from your bill.

The minimum voucher value is £5 and the maximum single voucher value is £250. You can use up to 5 vouchers per day, with no more than £250 total value. Multiple Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers can be used at once.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue and cannot be returned or exchanged once created. No change or refund is given if the voucher value is higher than the bill, and the same voucher cannot be split across multiple transactions.

Vouchers cannot be used for online orders, supermarket products, gift cards, e-gifts, merchandise, pizza making parties, airport restaurants, live music venues, Welcome Break Service Station locations or with other PizzaExpress offers.
