Can I use my Avios to purchase products directly from the British Airways online store?

Currently, you can't use Avios to pay for goods on the British Airways online store. Avios collected through our store will be awarded to your British Airways Club account and can be used to book Reward Flights with British Airways, Iberia and partner airlines, subject to availability. You'll need to pay with Avios and a cash amount for taxes, fees and carrier charges. You can also convert your Avios to other loyalty schemes like Nectar.
