How do you collect Avios when shopping through the Avios website?

To collect Avios through online shopping, you must be a British Airways Club member and log in before you shop.

Go to the Avios shopping website, choose a retailer and select Shop Now. Always start from the Avios shopping website or app so your purchase can be tracked.

Keep cookies enabled, accept the retailer’s cookies and disable ad blockers. If you shop at more than one retailer, complete each purchase before returning to the Avios shopping website to start the next one.

We cannot award Avios for purchases that did not start from the Avios online shopping website or app.
