Why has my transaction been cancelled?
Avios may be cancelled if your order is cancelled, returned or refunded. If Avios have already been awarded, we may deduct them from your account.
Avios may also be cancelled if the payment fails, the retailer’s terms are not met, the last click before purchase was not from the Avios shopping website, an ineligible coupon code was used, retailer cookies were not accepted, or the purchase was changed.
In these cases, your original transaction may be cancelled and a new Avios amount credited to your account.
