I signed into my British Airways Club account and shopped via the Avios shopping website, but my orders aren't showing up in my account - what's going on?

Purchases can take up to five working days to show as Pending. Some partners only appear once Avios have been awarded.

Your purchase may not track if cookies were disabled, a discount or referral code was used, the retailer’s purchase conditions were not met, or the Avios shopping website was not the last website you visited before buying.

To help make sure you collect Avios, sign in before selecting Shop Now, complete your purchase in one session, do not use voucher codes unless they are shown on the Avios shopping website, disable ad blockers and accept retailer cookies.

If the time limit has passed and your Avios have not appeared, you can raise a missing Avios claim.
