I signed into my British Airways Club account and shopped via the Avios shopping website, but my orders aren't showing up in my account - what's going on?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to see your purchases in your account:

It can take up to five working days for a purchase to display as ‘Pending’ in your account

Purchases made through the Spend Avios website, like car hire or bookings with Avios Hotels will not appear as ‘Pending’ in your account. If the time limit for awarding Avios has passed and you have not received your Avios, you can raise a claim for missing Avios.

Cookies may have been disabled on the browser you were using at the time of purchase. Cookies allow us to track your purchase and without them there’s no way for the system to award Avios to your account

Some partners will only appear in your transactions once Avios have been awarded. These include: Airbnb and Uber

If you think you have missing Avios, you can raise a claim for missing Avios.
