How can I get started with the Avios app?

Join the loyalty programme for the airline club you want to collect Avios with (our app includes British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia and Vueling)
Download the app from the App store or Google Play Store
Log in to the Avios app using your airline loyalty club details
Shop online and collect Avios
All of our online shopping partners are available in the Avios app, so you can collect Avios with the brands you love anytime, anywhere.
With thousands of retailers to choose from, there’s a lot of Avios out there just waiting to be collected.
We’ll show you the latest special offers from retailers, to help you collect even more.
If there’s a store you love to shop with, you can add them to your favourites.
And we’ll automatically add stores you've just shopped with to your recently visited collection, so they’re easy to find, every time.
We'll also show you the latest brands to join Avios, so you can start collecting with the freshest stores to have joined the crew.
Spend Avios on Reward Flights and more

Reward Flights: we’ll show you the Avios price and seat availability on any given flight and date up to 11 months in advance

Manage your Avios
Let’s get down to management.
In the Account section of the app, we’ll show:
Your Avios balance: and all the retailers you’ve collected Avios with, including completed and pending transactions
Credit and debit cards: that you've linked to your account so you can collect Avios in-store
Companion Vouchers and Cabin Upgrade Vouchers available for you to use
Need more Avios for a trip? You can buy Avios to top up your balance and boost any Avios amounts you’ve recently collected by up to 300%.
And, if you’re a loyalty club member of more than one airline (British Airways, AerClub, Iberia Club, Vueling Club), you can move your Avios between your loyalty accounts. So they’re where you need them, when you need them.
Six things to do when you first download the Avios app
1. Install the Avios app widget
Available for iOS devices, the Avios app widget let’s you track your Avios rewards directly from your phone’s home screen, without even needing to open the app.
See live progress towards your goals with real-time balance tracking, enjoy the fastest access to Reward Flight availability and speedy connection to collection opportunities.
2. Set an Avios goal and track your progress
Planning a long weekend in Barcelona for two? If you’re saving Avios for a flight, set this as a goal in the app.
We’ll store your goal on your home screen so you can see how close you are to reaching it. And we’ll show you the pricing options and seat availability for your chosen destination.
Changed your plans? You can set a new goal at any time: simply delete your goal and set up a new one.
3. Turn on Reward Flight notifications
And we'll alert you when the Reward Flight seats you want become available.
Turning on app notifications also lets you stay up to date with your Avios activity and personalised special offers.
4. Refer a friend and you’ll both be awarded 500 Avios
Share the Avios app with friends and family and both you and your friends and loved ones will automatically be awarded 500 Avios. Simply ask up to five people to use your email or name as a referral and collect your 500 bonus every time. That’s up to 2,500 Avios, just for spreading the word.
5. Link your payment cards
Add up to 10 debit or credit cards to your Avios account and you’ll automatically collect Avios every time you use them in shops, restaurants and cafes with our in-store partners.
6. Enable location sharing
Share your location while using the Avios app and we’ll show you nearby shops, restaurants and cafes where you can collect Avios in-store by using the debit or credit card you’ve linked to your account.
