Collect Avios in-store with BP Pulse

1. What do I have to do to collect Avios with bp pulse?
Link a payment card at avios.com, logged in via your British Airways Club account:https://www.avios.com/en-GB/collect-avios/shopping/my-account/registered-cards. Once linked, you’ll automatically collect Avios when you pay for a qualifying bp pulse charging session via the bp pulse app, the online pay webpage, or contactless payment at the charger. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours after linking before your first qualifying session, and up to seven (7) days for Avios to appear in your account.

2. Where can I collect Avios with bp pulse?
You can collect Avios on eligible spend on qualifying charging sessions on bp pulse’s UK public charging network when you pay bp pulse directly via the bp pulse app (including subscriptions), the online payment webpage, or contactless payment at the charger. Charging access or paid for through any third-party, roaming or non-participating charge point, app or provider does not qualify.
Only Amex transactions on the website - https://pay.bppulse.com/en-gb/charge-point-select - will earn rewards. VISA and Mastercard are excluded for online payments

3. Where can I not collect Avios with bp pulse?
Avios are not awarded on: bp pulse hardware (including home chargers), merchandise, fleet account payments, gift cards, subscription fees, overstay/idle fees, cancelled or refunded transactions, or any non-charging products or services. Some locations are also excluded.

4. Can I earn different Avios rates depending on how I pay?
Yes, you will earn:
• 4 Avios per £1 spent when paying via the BP Pulse app (PAYG or Subscription).
• 2 Avios per £1 spent when paying via the BP Pulse online payment webpage.
• 2 Avios per £1 spent when paying via contactless payment at the charger.

5. What payment cards can I use to collect Avios?
You can register a:
• Visa;
• MasterCard/Maestro; or
• American Express card.

The card must be issued in:
• United Kingdom; or
• Ireland

PayPal, YoYo Wallet, and store cards are not eligible.

6. What personal data is shared under this Offer?
Your personal data may be shared between bp pulse, British Airways, and Avios Group for customer support, analytics, and marketing (if consent is given). This is set out in the bp pulse's Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy and/or BAC’s Privacy Policy.

7. Is there a limit or end date?
There is no cap on the Avios you can collect and no fixed end date, though the Offer may be withdrawn or changed. See the terms here.

8. Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, contactless payments made with Apple Pay or Google Pay are matched to your registered card and earn Avios in the same way as your physical card.

9. How is my spend calculated: does it include VAT?
Avios are calculated on the total you pay for charging, including VAT, rounded down to the nearest whole Avios.

10. What if my Avios don't appear?
Please allow up to seven (7) days. If they're still missing, complete the Claim Missing Avios form within 6 months of the charging session, stating bp pulse as the non-airline partner.
