Stated reward is for Hotel bookings only (no rewards are given on Things to do, Flights, Packages, Car Rental and Gift Cards) and when completing the booking via the Hotels.com UK site only. If you use a voucher code (including codes by Hotels.com) or a gift voucher to make the booking you will not be eligible for a reward. All rewards are applied to the hotel cost, minus taxes and fees. Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay. Reward will not be given when bookings are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' bookings or when the booking has been on behalf of someone. If any changes are made to your booking (i.e. changing of the hotel, room upgrade or amending the date of the stay) it may cause the rewards to be invalid.
Queries can only be investigated after your booking (stay) is complete.
Using a voucher/coupon code not displayed on this site may invalidate your reward. Rewards and are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
