How will I be refunded?

Orders that have been paid for using a combination of Avios and cash will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please allow 21 days for your Avios to be re-credited to your account.

If you have placed an order with a cash payment method, any Avios earned on products returned will be removed from your British Airways Club Account.

You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment methods you used.

We are unable to offer cash refunds in lieu of any Avios payments.

We are unable to refund to anywhere but the original source of payment.
