Why did I not get the bonus Avios on my order?
All Avios earned from The Avios Shop are credited to your British Airways Club account within 24 hours of purchase, if these are not showing on your Club statement then please email us shopsupport@avios.com including your order number, your Club account number, and the email used for you Club account.
Avios may not be showing if;
You were not logged in to your British Airways Club account when purchasing
If you have more than one Club account using the same email address
If you intended to use a promotional code and omitted it when purchasing
We will be able to add any missing Avios to your Club account within 72 hours, however we are unable to move Avios from one account to another.
Please contact us via our Live Chat services which are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday. This EXCLUDES Bank Holidays. You can access our chat by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right of our help centre pages.
