Can I get a refund for my Avios Subscription?

You can request a refund for your subscription within 14 days of your original transaction date, if the Avios haven’t been used. To request a refund, log in to your account and go to your 'My Subscription' and click the 'I'd like a refund' button. Once you have confirmed your choice, we will refund you within 14 days.
