How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by logging in to your account and selecting My Subscription.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled after three months and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled after 12 months. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation request has been received and actioned.
You can request a refund within 14 days of your original transaction date if the Avios have not been spent. Go to My Subscription and select I’d like a refund. Once confirmed, we will refund you within 14 days.
