Yes, you can book Reward Flights for other people. When booking the flight all you need is the full name of the person travelling as it appears on their passport.

Additional details such as passport number can be added later.

If you have a Household Account and want to book for someone else you need to add that person to your friends and family list before you book a flight for them.
