Can a booking made with an Avios-LeShuttle voucher be cancelled, refunded, transferred or exchanged?

This depends on the ticket type you purchased and the standard LeShuttle Ticket Terms and Conditions.

On refundable tickets, if you cancel after booking, the refundable amount will be provided as a LeShuttle Credit Voucher. The refund will not be in Avios.
